We were fortunate enough to have booked a shuttle in advance of the strike in Paris. The day we arrived taxis were almost impossible to get. Our driver was courteous and speedy and got us through the worst of the traffic which was horrible without any problems. I highly recommend this service.

The contact with the office was very fast. I waited for 30 minutes but overall it was good. The driver was very good also. I will do it again.

We waited over 2 hours, and every time we called advised will be there in 5 minutes. Driver did not apologise and talked on mobile the entire trip to hotel.

It was great being pick up. Unfortunately the driver didn't speak English to us, and only talked to another French customer. He did take us to our hotel, but wasn't approachable.

I was very disappointed with this service. We called as per instructions prior to collecting baggage and were told our driver was departing immediately and to hurry. As we had not collected our bags yet I said this was not possible. The driver left anyway and we called again and waited till the next available car which was booked for a later pickup. We landed at 1030am but were not to our hotel till 1pm as we were last to be dropped off! Next time we will get the airport bus shuttle to a major train station and then get a taxi to our hotel.

We waited for over 2.5 hours for our pick up even after 2 phone calls. No apology from driver or even a hello. Driver dropped us down the end of the street with all our bags which he then let us get out of the car. He stood and watched me struggle. Then I asked him for some help with the 4 bags as he had let us off right down the end of the street. He did not want to but very begrudgingly he helped us part of the way to the hotel. We were not impressed at all.
