Very reliable. At one of the pick up points we waited about 10 minutes for travelers who did not show.

It is very easy, and the driver came to the front of the hotel. It is easy to book the transfer. All you have to do is call to confirm the day before you leave.

Could not have been better! I was there in early June before the busy season. My hotel warned me they had clients who had problems with the shuttle, but usually during busy season. I was picked up at 6 am for 9 am flight and was delivered to the Delta counter ahead of time. I highly recommend this service.

Everything went beautifully. I was picked up on time, and although I brought additional luggage, I had called ahead to arrange to pay for this and the driver had been accurately informed. He was pleasant and a careful driver. I appreciated the help with getting a luggage cart at the airport. I'll definitely use them on my next trip.

Very easy getting a shuttle to the airport, much more hassle free than organising it once there. The driver was on time, polite and got us to the airport in plenty of time, very helpful with the bags and gate numbers too.

It was straightforward to book this. Lots of traffic in Paris, so who knows how much a taxi would have cost? The shuttle was on time, the driver was friendly, and it was a great price.

Having our transport to and from our apartment prearranged was brilliant choice - especially after 20 hours of traveling. They were on time and knew exactly where to go.

The driver was a couple minutes late, but it was not at all a problem. It's understandable with Paris traffic. The drive to the airport was smooth and he dropped us off directly at our terminal. Would most definitely recommend service to friends and family.

Our shuttle driver picked us up on time from our hotel and got us to the airport perfectly on time. There were two other passengers in the shuttle besides us. It was perfect for what we needed - a timely, uncomplicated way to get to the airport.
