Easy to use, just a phone call once through customs and baggage claim. All the information is on the voucher provided. Don't forget to take it with you!
Made the call from the hotel the night before. Driver arrived at the door of the hotel only a few minutes late, but still having plenty of time. Picked up other passengers and then to airport, directly to the terminal door. Well worth the money.

Once again, all went very smoothly. The driver was helpful, on time, pleasant and a competent driver. This is the fourth time I've used this service and wouldn't change even for a lower price.
The driver was expected at 12:30, and showed up at 12:25 -- perfect! The drive to the airport was without incident. At pick-up and drop-off, the driver helped me with my luggage. He was friendly and professional. What a smooth, anxiety-free experience at a great price!!
This was a seamless transfer. One phone call to an efficient person and short wait for a courteous driver who walked right up to us, took our luggage and delivered us efficiently to our hotel. As tired travelers it was a wonderful beginning to our visit.

I highly recommend the Paris shuttle. The driver arrive 10 minutes before the quoted timeframe; and, we safely arrived at CDG with plently of time to spare to allow for check-in queues! I would definitely use this service again. Merci!
After first needing to sort out some initial confusion on dates our trasnfer arrived promptly on time and although a couple of other pick-ups din't go so well, we arrived in good time for our check-in.

We were glad that we booked the shuttle prior to leaving for our trip. We needed to be at the airport very early, so all we had to do was call and let them know our flight information and location of the hotel and they told us what time they would pick us up. The shuttle driver was on time, very nice and informative. We would use this service again.
