Picked up on time. Driving a bit wild. The problems start at Charles de Gaulle airport. Queued 3 hours!

Great value. When confirming my reservation, I requested my pick up to be an hour earlier than originally scheduled. It didn't happen but it wasn't a problem because I made it to the airport on time.

Driver was nice got but we picked up other guest at other hotels so I was really worried that I would miss my fight with the traffic and all but we didn't - but it was cutting it close for me.

I called 2 days before my departure and confirmed. The driver arrived on time and it was a smooth trip to the airport. I also used the shuttle to get to my hotel and they were there minutes after picking up my bags. It was great!

The shuttle transfer service from our hotel to CDG was great, the driver was on time actually early and very friendly. We would definitely use the shuttle service again, however we would likely choose the private transfer instead of the shared, especially in the summer. All in all...whether you choose the shared or private shuttle...it is worth the money! We highly recommend it!

The shuttle picked me up on time, and the van was clean and air-conditioned. Compared with the hassle of finding the train at the airport and all the stairs and long tunnels in the Metro - take the shuttle!

My shuttle was about 25 minutes late arriving, but the schedule had enough cushion built in that it wasn't a problem. This was a very good value compared to other airport transportation options. I would definitely use the service again.
