The shuttle service was very nice, taking us from the airport to the hotel front door. Glad we didn't drive in Paris. Nice service.

The driver picked us up on time from our hotel. However, he had to pick up another family making us late for our flight. I tried asking the driver how much longer the wait would be and he ignored my questions. When he finally answered he argued with me and was rude. Once the family got in the van, it turned out that they were expecting to be picked up 2 hours later and were not even going to the same airport. The driver literally had the family get out of the vehicle in the middle of the street and was rude to them as well.
