I would have given it a higher rating had the office not messed up by sending the wrong vehicle to pick us up. We didn't discover this until we were already driving to the airport and the driver was confirming details. He had to take us back to our hotel and drop us off while we waited for another ride to get us. Once a driver did come, he was agitated because they had called him to rush and get us and he had no idea where we were going, if we had paid already, etc.

The driver picked us up on time from our hotel. However, he had to pick up another family making us late for our flight. I tried asking the driver how much longer the wait would be and he ignored my questions. When he finally answered he argued with me and was rude. Once the family got in the van, it turned out that they were expecting to be picked up 2 hours later and were not even going to the same airport. The driver literally had the family get out of the vehicle in the middle of the street and was rude to them as well.
