We thoroughly enjoyed our village bike tour. Though truly it is more of the outskirts of Paris. It was adorable. You must be up for the challenge of the 10 mile ride. It was not that hilly, but you need to be skilled enough to keep up with the guide in some mild and not so mild Parisian traffic. Worth the time.
A fabulous experience cycling the old streets of Paris. I loved every minute and our guide was wonderful. We visited sights I would not have known about and learned many things about this beautiful city. Would recommend this to anyone visiting Paris.
Great way to tour some suburbs of Paris. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful.
This is a great tour for the price. You get to go off the beaten path and see things that are not on the main tourists lists. Jacque was a great guide - knowledgeable and fun. The ride did have some hills but it is totally do-able for even a beginning bike rider. Do it!
The tour is much different than all other bike tours in the city since it ventures out to the suburbs. Informative and a nice bike tour.
We had a a great time. It was nice to get out of the city. Our guide was fantastic!
We really enjoyed this tour! Very few hills, and the tour was small, only about 12 of us. We were given lots of great information about the city by our tour guide, Rachel. She did a great job of keeping us all together and making sure we were all enjoying ourselves. My only quibble: do not take riders through narrow poles, crowds, or yellow lights in Paris traffic. There were a few scary moments.
A great tour of the Paris Villages! It was lovely to see less touristy parts of the city. Would have been nice to stop at some recommended places during the tour, rather just have them pointed out and perhaps never get back there. Would have fit more in if all commentary did not have to be in French and then translated to English.
A nice way of seeing the outer arrondissements in Paris. Stopped at a market and bought some beautiful ripe fruit. No hills on this tour. Leisurely ride.
Good length of trip, bikes and interesting guide. Only one thing, a break was included and we could have carried on.
It was a nice tour but I was disappointed that we stayed in the city. I imagined going out into the countryside. Also, make sure you are very physically fit. Out of 5 bike tours this trip, this was the only one I almost couldn't keep up with. The hills were tough.
We had a very friendly guide, and it was an excellent spot for cycling.
Trinidad and Tobago
Very good tour, a little fast paced for the unfit. Not for beginner cyclists.
The bike tour was mostly avoidant of traffic and used bike paths, but there was about 20% of the time spend near cars on the roads. Our tour guide was patient but the number of people in the tour was too large, so it because difficult logistically to be waiting for other members of the tour as they got stopped by traffic lights.
Interesting information, and more unusual route taken around paris. The cycling was very fast though, and quite a few hills. so if you are not used to cycling, you may find it exhausting. not as much time for photos, and stopping and looking at things as I expected. I felt like I had a good workout though by the end of it!
Enter your review here It was o.k but would have been better if a smaller group and that it was all in english as it took the guide ages to translate all the time from english to french so a lot of time wasted
Felt this tour was amateur. The guide placed us in a very embarrassing position by taking us into private property without permission.
Worse part of our trip. Guide was not very talkative. He did not wait for slower bikers. Guide looked somewhat unkept. 3 hours of seeing the 'ghettos' of Paris. Was not worth the price paid. Do not waste your time. Hated every minute of this tour. Extremely disapointing
