I really enjoyed this tour. It was great to get away from the tourist hotspots and get a feel for Paris from a locals perspective. Most of these places I would not have found by myself and came as great little surprises. Our tour guide Alix was lovely and was great at guiding us through the narrow streets of Paris and indeed showing us many hidden gems. Enjoying delicious cheeses and wine at a typically French bistro on the sidewalk on a sunny Paris day was one of the highlights of my trip to Paris. Definitely recommend.
What a great experience this tour takes you from high end neighborhoods to older, historic neighborhoods with fun and flair. Our guide, Alex, I think was terrific. At the end, we stopped at a neighborhood bar for wine and cheese as well. Enjoy the adventure!
This was our second tour with our charming guide Arthur. We loved his knowledge, we did not rush, we thoroughly enjoyed this tour. We recommend this tour, going to places you cannot go if on a big coach. Thanks Arthur for the insight into Paris...you are the best.....
Today's tour was a small group 4 hour walking tour of the secret sites of Paris. Our guide Alix made the morning both informative and enjoyable. We saw some of the parts of Paris tourists don't usually see or walk straight past. There was a macaroon tasting best ever!, and a break for coffe/wine and a cheese tasting. The pace was comfortable and there were many photo opportunities. A highlight was a visit to the Church of Eustache
Our guide, Arthur, was very informative, personable and our group had a great time discovering places and sights we would never have found by ourselves or even with another walking tour I am sure.
Arthur bought baguettes to have at our cheese shop stop and we enjoyed a fun lunch en route.
It was enjoyable to have Alix as our tour guide! She showed us some interesting places in Paris that we would not have found ourselves. We enjoyed a macaron of our choice at a chocolate shop, and an awesome cheese platter at another shop. She even volunteered to take a picture of our family to provide a memory of our trip! She was accomodating to our group and even stopped at a cafe for a toilet break which helped!
This tour was fun and worth doing!
Arthur was an awesome guide. This was an interesting off the beaten track tour. Very very good.
Our tour was guided by Arthur and he was outstanding. He took us through some very interesting parts of Paris that we had not been exposed to. He was very knowledgable and engaging with the group. It was a fun way to spend a morning in Paris. I would do this tour again. Only complaint is there are a lot of areas under construction in the summer....which you have to navigate through, otherwise worthwhile if you want to see more of the city.
We were extremely happy with the Tour , our guide , Arthur , was an absolute gem , engaging , polite and drew our group of 7 together , he is , I think , a true asset to this business , I'm sure he could have an excellent future in the Tour Guide business if that is what he wishes to do . The Macaroon stop and cheese tasting was fantastic , it was a very quick 3 hours , we would've done it again !! .
This tour was great! We did this on our very last day before leaving this beautiful city... We have been to Paris twice before and so glad we did this tour as we really did learn and see some of the secret sites and hidden gems. Our tour guide was Arthur, who was very informative and passionate about Pairs, which made this tour more enjoyable. He has inspired us to do a walking tour in other cities we visit from now on... Thanks Arthur!

This tour was a really good introduction to Paris so I would recommend that you do it on your first day. Our guide was very knowledgeable, charming and flexible. When I asked her if we could see the ancient arcades of Paris she went out of her way to show us three.
This tour was fantastic, and our guide Tim made it all the better. His knowledge and sense of humour made it so much more interesting. Our 10 year old daughter was the only child on the tour and he interacted with her constantly. The macarons were delicious as was the generous cheese tasting. Would highly recommend this tour.
Exceptional tour. Arthur was a wonderful guide. Visited parts of Paris we wouldn't have seen otherwise.
I took this tour the day before my sister and I left for the states after staying in Paris for one week. What a way to end our trip. This tour made me forget all about the hot weather that had put a damper on many of the Paris highlights I had wanted to see. Arthur was pure delight. Engaging, fun, informative and relaxed. He was willing to answer any questions I had no matter what it pertained to. The shop where we stopped for macaroons was so beautiful and staff made us feel so welcomed. Lunch was so delicious and visually stunning. How fun sharing stories and getting to know the other group members during that stop. Arthur made us all feel a part of the group. I probably will not return to Paris but should I travel elsewhere I will definitely see if tours by the local tour company are available. Arthur was an excellent representative for the company. . Much success to him in his future teaching and directing opportunities. -Marilynn
Our guide was fantastic! Relaxed and informative. Yes we did explore area's away from the tourists. Stayed in the area well after our tour had ended for lunch and shopping. I would recommend the walking tour to everyone.
It was wonderful to explore the hiddengems of small hidden gardens and ally ways, most informative, excellent guide.
A must do when on Paris. An excellent look at the hidden secrets of Paris. Arthur was an a great guide.
Tim was an excellent guide. The tour lasted nearly 4 hours and met all our expectations.
Our tour guide was perfect and the food divine. It was a perfect tour for someone that has already been to Paris and wants to see some of the off the beaten path streets, or someone that just wanted to begin with more of a mini view of this fabulous city and graduate to the more touristy sites.
This was a really special tour. This was our last day and even though the weather was cloudy an little rainy we had a great group and a wonderful guide, Alix. She is extremely knowledgeable and a great raconteur. We explored many streets that wew ould never have found on our own and loved the stop at the chocolate shop and the bistro for some cheese and wine.
A very good tour with a very personable guide. Timoté guided us through a variety of places from the well known to the hidden gems mentioned in the name of the tour. I was impressed by the way he waited for people and included everyone as part of the group. The breaks that we had for macaron cheese were timely and appreciated. The cheese tasting was a highlight, taking place in a busy street with 4 generous tastings of different cheeses with bread. Recommend this tour.
