Thoroughly enjoyable. The only negative bit was the pick-up point information. We were told to assemble at an office that was closed and nearly missed the coach. This was even after confirming the previous day. Only by spotting a coach along the street were we told that we had to exchange our e-ticket for a real one at the office. I hope this feedback will help to improve directions for visitors trying to find the correct pick-up point in a strange city. Having said all that, the coach tour of the city, the sail, the show and delivery back to the hotel were extremely well organised, and we thoroughly enjoyed our night out.

The tour was amazing! Considering that we didn't really know what to expect as we don't usually take tours, I would have to highly rate this. Not only was everything well organized, the tour guide was extremely helpful and the value for money was spot on. As DIY travellers, we will consider Viator again for our future traveling endeavors. Thanks for making it a night to remember!

Absolutely wonderful. My mom and I had a ball. The customer service and organization were perfect. I will recommend Viator to everyone. I have even mentioned it to my travel agent.

Fantastic tour around the night lights. Well organised and easy to find pickup point. No commentary was offered, though. Moulin Rouge show was excellent and really worth the visit.

We collected our tickets from the office in the afternoon, so we knew exactly where to meet the coach. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. The evening was excellent value for money. Coach arrived on time and was well organised both to and from show. Queuing for the show soon passed, and once inside we were led straight to our table and served champagne. Our table was not as cramped as expected, and even though we were seated towards the back we had a perfect view throughout the show. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take a drink for the journey as it is a long and tiring evening. The Illuminations part was amazing, especially the Eiffel Tower at 10pm, and the complimentary headphones made the tour more enjoyable. Coach dropped us off right outside our hotel, which was a bonus.

The tour guide was very considerate and helpful, went out of his way to make sure everyone was comfortable. The only problem was the tour office, which gets very congested. Otherwise had a great night.

The downside to the Moulin Rouge Show was that the clients were herded into the theatre; I was seated at the second to last tier away from the stage. I was placed on a table of 7 that was no longer than 6 feet long and 2 feet wide. There was very little legroom, & I had to endure the show sitting side on to the stage. I am 6'4", but I'm sure that the others on my table were experiencing similar conditions. If you had wanted to go to the toilet, forget it because it would have caused so much trauma to other patrons. These comments do not detract from the show, which is fabulous & a must-see. The Illuminations tour was fabulous.

We both enjoyed the whole evening, the tour, and the show, and being taken back to our hotel was fantastic. We would certainly use Viator again and recommend Viator to our friends.
