This was a fantastic way to see Paris. It was my first time in Paris and I was there for 3 days. Yes, the Louve Museum, Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame are a must do. But it was great to have the boat ride to the Eiffel Tower, eat lunch there and continue the boat ride to Notre Dame, especially no lines!!
We did this on our first day in Paris and were glad we did. We had a great tour guide who seemed to pack a lot of things into a short time frame without rushing. We got to see the big three (Louvre, Tour Eiffel and Notre Dame) which helped us get to know the city a bit. If you're a big museum fan, you'll want to do a much longer tour of the Louvre. We spent about an hour there and saw the most popular pieces but definitely didn't even scratch the surface of what's there.
A great way to see Paris! Really enjoyed our day and the guide was great. I would highly recommend.
Excellent. Our tour guide Nete(I am not sure of the spelling) was the best. This was a terrific way to see the most popular sights. Lunch at the Eiffel tower was a great experience. We felt we had the perfect amount of time at the Lourve. We wanted to see the popular attractions there only and we did just that. The boat ride on the Siene was great. I would only recommend seeing these sights through Viator. You do not stand in line, you are educated about what you are seeing and well made sure that you are enjoying yourself. The tour could not have been more perfect. If you do intend to go to the second floor at the Eiffel Tower you will have to take the stairs. If any suggestion could be made is if Viator could still have the hearing device that could be used at the Notre Dame. I highly recommend this tour.
We enjoyed a fantastic day tour in Paris 2008 which is urging us on to book with Viator for 2012 in France
Our tour was fabulous! Just the right mix for a one day tour. Our guide was outstanding - she did an excellent job of providing the history and insight needed. Would highly recommend this to anyone!
This trip was so worth doing to avoid the queues in Paris in August. Our guide was Peter a lovely gently interesting man who guided us through the packed louvre which would have been so daunting otherwise. Having lunch on the eiffle tower was a great treat and again no queues and could do it at our leisure and then a relaxing boat trip to notre dame i would highly recommend this day trip it was well orgainised and a joy to see paris in this way.
Very pleasant, the old lady(our guide) was absolutly incredible. Funny and direct. She was telling the bold truth about all the arts we encounter. DO THIS TOUR!
excellent day tour. wear good walking shoes. there were 2 tour offices close to each other and at the first staff member kindly walked us over since she was going by. The Louvre was very busy but saw all the important artwork and it was nice not to queue up. Took boat along Seine to Eiffel tower and although there were problems with elevators we did have lunch there. It was nice meal with glass of wine included. Back on the boat to Notre Dame and did have a line but moved fast. We wanted to go up to the top but it was too busy.
over all a good experience since we were in Paris for only a few days.
This was a great tour. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and she did not waste time through the Louvre. The Eiffel Tower had three of four elevators down so it was quite nice skipping the three hour line-up (worth the cost alone). Lunch was great and finishing at Notre Dame with a guided tour was fantastic. The boat ride was nice, made it easy on the feet. This was our favorite tour.
Our tour was wonderful. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made our tour very nice. We have nothing but great things to say about our tour. Thank you.
We had such a fun day. Jean Louis, our guide was gorgeous! The Louvre was amazing as you'd expect. Lunch at the Eifel Tower was ok, the best part was getting to the top of tower in our free time there!! The lines here were the biggest I'd seen apart from maybe the Vatican!!! We walked straight in, you have to love that!
Our guide (can't remember her name!) was very good - interesting, kept on eye on us and gave us the interesting highlights.
