The place to meet is right across from the Metro, so it's easy to get to. The coaches for the trip are very nice and comfortable, but be aware that there were no bathrooms on the bus, so skip your morning coffee! It was a 4 hour ride to Bruges from Paris. The bus made one stop about half way there at a very nice rest area with food and bathrooms. The guides were very nice and knowledgeable. Bruges is so beautiful...tranquil, peaceful, gorgeous. But it's a lot of walking over cobblestones. So if you have a hard time walking or if you use a cane or something like that, this might not be the trip for you. Also, there are no bathroom breaks during the walking tour or canal tour. Something to consider. I am so glad I did this trip though. It was definitely worth it.

The tour is well-organized, the guide is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bus was a double-decker, clean and spacious. The tour was conducted in both English and Spanish catered to the languages spoken by the group that day. As we drove to Bruges, the guide spoke of historical sites along the way and gave background and facts. When we arrived Bruges, the walking tour was done with the group stopping at important and historical sites and architecture. We were given enough time to enjoy the town, took tons of photos and enjoyed waffles, fries and of course, Belgian beer on our own. Overall, worth it and a memorable experience.

This trip was great. The tour guide wasn't as good as other trips I've been on, but that may have been a fluke. Just make sure you look into Belgium prior to going, and be armed with ideas on how to spend your free time. The boat ride doesn't come with the tour in January, when I took the tour, but I purchased my own...and it was the best part of my trip! Make sure to take a boat ride down the canal, and get some chocolate, and mussels. Best part of the trip!

Everyone should see Bruges during their lifetime. Amazingly charming city with incredible history, the best chocolate, and terrific beer. My husband and I want to return for a stay. Viator was a great way to go.

What a beautiful place! Belgian waffles and chocolates are so good when they are fresh! The bakery and chocolate shops smell wonderful when you walk in. As with all my other Viator tours, this was very well organized, the bus was very comfortable, and our guide was extremely knowledgeable, polite and friendly. A great place to visit. Lunch was very good.

The guides wasted our time leading us slowly to the market square. The market area place is gorgeous, it was the highlight of the trip. The ticket agency itself where we met in Paris is not good, and we got merged into another tour group at another place. Despite the confusion, Brugges is a great place to go, and it was a good price compared to other sites. Just get off the bus when you arrive in Brugges, follow the map they give you and find out where to meet back later for the bus and go directly to the market square on your own or you wont have enough time to enjoy it. Everything that is going on and picturesque and worthwhile is right there at the market square and that is the last place they take you and you get the least amount of time there, so head there early.

This was a fantastic trip even though it rained the whole time. The guide was informative about the history of the area.

Bruges is really like Venice, but so much more beautiful. Our guide was informative and engaging. I do wish we had more time to walk around on our own. Two hours was definitely not enough.

This was a very professional tour with a friendly tour guide. She was so patient with the older tourists. I specially thank her for helping me take care of my hubby due to his sickness during the trip.

Bruges is incredible; it reminded us of Prague with canals. So quaint and charming. It was the highlight of our trip. The only downside was our guide. She wasn't as engaging as we hoped, but we loved exploring the town on our own. We would highly recommend this side trip from Paris.
