The guides were well informed and entertaining. The canal ride was lovely. The walking tour was a bit long with the many translations. I would have liked a bit more free time for lunch and exploring.

Bruges is very beautiful! The tour guide was rude and did not speak in a tone where everyone could hear him. I would book this trip again and just find out where to meet the guide for the boat ride and the bus to go home. I would not stick around for the tour as it takes up to much time and not very informative.

The entire process from the online reservations to the actual tour were handled in a most professional way. The staff members and tour guides were very friendly and prepared to work with all kinds of peoples from around the world. We had a wonderful trip and will use Viator for all future tours.

This was a wonderful tour. There was just the right amount of time to do everything, but there was no bathroom on the bus for an 8 hour trip.

It was a lovely way to spend a day. Our guide was very kind and most helpful. The driver of the bus was friendly and pleasant and the bus itself was very comfortable. A very nice day trip.

This was a class act! The departure point is located very close to a Metro stop, so it was easy to find. Our tour guide was multi-lingual, and very friendly. The only problem with the tour is that it leaves you wanting to see more of Bruges. During the summer, a river tour is included, and the tour guide takes you around to show you the main sites of the city. But there really isn't enough time to do all the shopping and go into all the museums in town. If you go, don't miss Michaelangelo's 'Madonna and Child' sculpture located inside Notre Dame church!

It was OK, but could have been better

Our bus got a flat tire, we didn't spend enough time in Bruges and it rained the whole time. Our tour guide was kinda boring but the town is very beautiful and charming, worth seeing! Possibly on your own.

It was OK, but could have been better

They had oversold the trip and we had to wait in the cold while they got another guide. The bus seats were too close to each other and there wasn't enough space for your legs. The bus ride was 4 hours each way and we only got 4 hours in Bruges. All in all I enjoyed the little town but the bus ride was very uncomfortable.
