We absolutely loved Bruges! It's a beautiful place. Our guide was very informative and easy to talk to. Bruges has delicious chocolates, but the beer and food are even better. We only wish we had more time. We will return soon!!!!

Excellent guide, very sympathetic to an invalid in a wheelchair. Excellent city tour with a very well-informed guide who loved her job!!

It was a very hot day - 35°C - but the coach was very comfortable. Our tour guide was superb, so knowledgeable and well organised and the driver gave us a very comfortable and safe ride. I would have preferred the commentary to have been in English and/or French but that was a minor distraction. Although the journey each way was lengthy, one still had plenty of time in Bruges to wander around solo after the guided part of the tour. I would definitely recommend that, as Bruges itself is so pretty, well kept, and tastefully commercial.

Beautiful place! Had been there 20 years ago & it is just as magical as I remembered it. You do spend more time on the bus there & back than the amount of time actually spent in Brugges, but it IS worth it! Went with 2 teenagers and they loved it!

The advised 1 hour guided tour lasted 35 minutes. Given the restricted time in Bruges, it is advisable to grab your canal cruise tickets, get a map of the town and then do your own thing. A beautiful town, well worth the trip. Suggest coach driver forbid seat backs being reclined, as this makes for an incredibly uncomfortable journey for the people behind.

Guide was sometimes hard to follow though she tried to give as much useful information she could would have preferred more guiding around the town as I was concerned I could have got lost. She could have used a flag as she was hard to see up ahead of us. Very well presented otherwise very pleasant guides. Scenery beautiful, very comfortable.

We enjoyed our trip to Bruges. The beer, waffles, & chocolate were absolutely heavenly. I only wish we would have had more time to enjoy the town. The tour wasn't very long, so that was good. However, I wish we could have left Bruges even an hour later than we did so we would have had more time to enjoy the lunch & shopping.

Bruges is a beautiful town and is well worth the visit. The our group and the tour guide. The only downside one you can't get around if leaving from Paris is the fairly long bus ride 3 hours each way. Other than that, it was great.

This gave me a taste for life in Bruges and I loved it so much that I will be definitely heading back for a couple of nights in the future. The boat ride is a fantastic way to see the medieval style houses and take in the beautiful canals.

The trip was a long day but definitely worth it. The guide was knowledgeable and the city was lovely. Wished for a little more time on the ground but a great introduction to the city.

Bruges is a little Venice, as they say. However, the time was too short there. Worth the money though.

Great exciting trip. I just wish it were a small tour for a small group. There were over 50 people on the bus, and the tour guides need to keep everyone together if they are not going to wait for people. One man was left in Belgium because he was late getting back to the bus. The guides waited 30 minutes and then left. Not a nice thing to do. I hope he had money to get back to Paris.

Great tour. The trip was long and our only complaint was that we started late because our guide was "stuck on the metro"...that cut into our time.

Our double deck tour bus was very nice and comfortable to ride. The commentaries were offered in English and Spanish, and there were 2 knowledgeable guides for English and Spanish. We wish we had a couple of more hours. We got our ticket for a boat ride, but we didn't have time to ride a boat after having lunch at the restaurant. We arrived around 1130am, and after walking from the bus to the main square which took us about an hour, we had about 3.5 hours to have lunch and walk around the city before 4p meeting time. Nonetheless, this trip is definitely worthwhile of doing it. Bruges is very charming!

I think the agency could prepare a better explanation on the city with more legends and historical dates.
