Fantastic experience. A totally hands-on class with lots of new tips. The teacher enjoys teaching and sharing her experience with her students, a must for the bakers' lovers.

Our chef was great! He was very fluent in English and was very organized. The class was small and interactive. The desserts were wonderful!

This was a 21st birthday present for our daughter. She was extremely happy with the cooking class. A lifetime experience for us. Class was fun, educational, and we got to eat our mistakes...creations. The chef took our e-mail addresses and and forwarded the recipes to us. We could not have asked for a better experience. Class was small, fast paced, and very informative.

Fantastic. The instructor / chef was a great teacher and the whole experience was utterly worthwhile. The food was delicious and I picked up some great baking tips.

Our pastry chef that evening was wonderful, easy to understand and follow. He showed us how to make delicious desserts like creme brulee and a chocolate souffle. It was a very enjoyable experience. If you have any desire or dream to cook with a French chef - take this course.

The class was fun and my 17 year old daughter really enjoyed participating and learning. Of course, you eat what you make and the company was so very kind to bag up our desserts so we could take them home to enjoy later. I would sign up for another class when returning to Paris.

Chef and his assistant were absolutely wonderful, the location and set up was first class and the recipes were amazing. Definitely recommend this experience - it was the highlight of my stay in Paris.

The pastry's were very tasty. The only problem is that they are difficult not to eat and you can end up with a stomach ache later. Don't plan on having dinner for a while after because you will definitely be full. Plan some time getting there, it was a walk to get there from the metro.
