Your cooking class takes place at a professional kitchen in central Paris. When you arrive, your English-speaking cooking instructor will give you an overview of the menu, teach you about the ingredients, and point out the tools and equipment you'll be using.

During your 2.5-hour class, you'll learn the techniques and terms of French cooking while making classic French desserts or pastries. This is a hands-on cooking experience, and you'll get to enjoy your creations at the end!

Techniques:
