Apart from being slightly late at my hotel pick up, this was a thoroughly enjoying tour. The convenience at the end to be dropped of at a location of choice was ideal. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable and the experience in the car was great.
Antoinette, our driver and guide, was a delight! It was the perfect tour to do on Day One as it gave us an understanding of where the major attractions were located, and plus we actually got to see them straight away. The car was an attraction in itself and received many admiring glances as we drove through city streets. A great introduction to Paris!
Great fun - it was my husband's birthday and we both love the 2CVs. The driver was a little sick and so wasn't very happy, but we saw all the sights lit at night and would do it again.

This tour is a great thing to do when you are in Paris for only 2 full days. Make sure to book it at the beginning of your stay, so that after this tour you can explore in more detail the sights you liked the most.

We had so much fun with our guide. It was great to be able to stop and take photos and drive some of the smaller streets and neighborhoods that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. The car is very fun and just perfect for two people. My only suggestion for improvement is to have the drivers know more about the sights we saw. Basics such as year built, previous use, current use and maybe a little known fact or two. We will tell all our traveling friends about the Viator tours.
The ride was fun the driver told us he had a cold and was tired didn't tell us much about the stuff we were seeing unless we asked
Unfortunately it was raining so we had to keep the top up most of the time. However the guide was very nice, knowledgable, and drove us to a couple sights just off the route that we asked to see. Despite the rain was a cool experience.
Our tour guide was sick, so I don't know if that made the experience less exciting. It was good to see the city, but now having done the tour, I wouldn't recommend it as a "must do" for anyone. It was pricey for the value we received.
I picked a bad time of the day, it was 1pm and there was a great deal of traffic. The car is very very small and my husband and son are very tall. They were squished in like sardines so if you are tall, I wouldn't recommend this tour. They also got a lot of wind and it was chilly so they didn't enjoy the tour. I thought it was okay, but we paid way too much for the experience. Our guide was somewhat knowledgeable, but driving that car through traffic and having to talk to us with the noisy wind wasn't optimal. I would save your money and take the tour bus instead.
This would have been a great way to see this wonderful city had it not been winter and raining. Because of the uniqueness of this vehicle, sightseeing in the rain didn't really work. However, the young driver was very knowledgeable and we still enjoyed the experience.
We had a fun time with Clemence in the Citroen driving around Paris and being shown the sights. We found her heavy accent a little hard to understand at times but overall a good fun thing to do.
Our tour was cut short approx 40 min because we could not find the driver.
The driver was very pleasant, friendly, informative and a good driver.
Unfortunately the traffic was very heavy, and the sights we saw were limited.I do not think the tour was worth what we paid for it.I would not recommend it.
I was disappointed with this tour. The car was badly driven and in the end my wife and I felt a little car sick. The idea has great potential but the driver rushed through the sights and we really got a very quick view of Paris. I would suggest a more leisurely approach to this tour. It could be a real winner.

NOT RECOMMENDED in summer. We unfortunately had a very hot day but the car was very uncomfortable with a tall driver who had the front seat leaning right back so there was insufficient room in the back even though neither of us are tall. WATER should be provided. He finally said we were on the way to the City Island and then decided we didn't have enough time so dropped us back to the hotel early. I was disappointed with the route; passing the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre several times.
my husband and i were really looking forward to this however it was disappointment. the driver did not offer any interesting insight and spoke very little english. i would not recommend viator or book in the future.

The driver was 25 minutes late. We were about to leave. She was very young and not experienced as a guide. We could barely hear what she had to say. There were not many photo ops. The car was cute.
Two couples, two cars....great time. One driver needs to improve his/her English.
TERRIBLE! Couldn't see in this prison of a car. Our guide went round and round on the same streets. Traffic is too bad to see anything. Our driver (was nice) but hard to understand. We were HAPPY to be done with the tour!
Our driver didn't even introduce himself, he just started driving us around. He didn't tell us about the buildings we saw unless we asked him. This was a very expensive "tour" and we didn't learn anything. Also, the car was in disrepair - the seat belts and door handle didn't work. I don't think it was worth it at all. I would not recommend.

Driver's English was not too good. I knew more about what I was seeing than the driver could express in English.

Paris is a wonderful city. Of the seven days we spent there in the middle of April, private Citroen tour was definitely our only regret. The driver was late. The backseat was dirty and full of bread crumbs - completely disgusting. While we realize that the car is antique and must have some normal wear and tear, we don't believe that the passenger side view mirror should be in disrepair. The driver had to fix it every five minutes literally. The driver or guide was a student who had about two tours to his name and honestly told us that he purchased a book about the monuments of Paris just a day before our tour. He could barely answer our questions and preferred talking about politics instead. In conclusion, he dropped us off next to Louvre on the day when Louvre was closed, Tuesday. We believe he just was not aware of the hours, which further demonstrates the lack of interest and professionalism. This was not worth the money. Paris is amazing and wonderful and best of all, out there to be explored without unprofessional and overrated tour guides.
