First class service, made our transfer hassle free. Cars modern and clean and time keeping for pick ups were spot on. Would recommend particularly when travelling with young children.

It was great to be picked up direct from our hotel. We where leaving direct from Disneyland resort on the Eurostar that night to London, so had four large suitcases plus hand luggage with us so did not want to be carting, so the direct transfer was brilliant. Luggage left at lockers in station.

WOULD NOT DO DISNEYLAND WITHOUT THE PRIVATE TRANSFER. THE PICK UP WAS RIGHT ON TIME, THE DRIVER WS EXTREMELY COURTEOUS. ON THE WAY BACK TO CAR AFTER A FULL DAY IN DISNEYLAND WE WERE EXHAUSTED AND LATE FOR CAR AS WE LEFT PARK FROM WRONG EXIT. (BE CAREFUL TO WATCH EXACTLY WHERE YOU ARE DROPPED OFF AND REMEMBER YOUR ROUTE BACK) THE DRIVER WAITED FOR US AND IT WAS SOOOOO NICE TO BE ABLE TO JUST RELAX INSTEAD OF RUNNING FOR A BUS OR TRAIN.

The driver was pleasant and helpful. The car was big enough to load our 4 extra large luggage. I make some adjustment to this itinerary, Viator staff were being helpful with the adjustment. Overall, pleasant experience, this is my second time using this private transfer service within 6 months!! I'll be back soon :)

Having to confirm my reservation was a problem calling from France. Asked a French-speaking person to help me with this and offer to pay for that phone call.
The driver was prompt! Then, an added pleasure during the ride was that he was knowledgeable about France, its culture and so entertaining...in English. Thank you for sending him to us.

Excellant, driver was on time, spoke English and new the area and had short cuts go get around stopped traffic on the highway. Very impressed and would definetly use again when in the area.

After a long flight it was the way to go. Driver was waiting at the airport and the vehicle was roomy and comfy.
