After a long flight it was the way to go. Driver was waiting at the airport and the vehicle was roomy and comfy.
it was an excellent experince,you were always on time and the shattle was big enough for my family and laugage.i already have toled my friends about viator. thanks alot for your great servece

Made life easy getting to and from the city to disneyland, just make sure you confirm your pick up times our driver was a bit late but overall a great experience!

No waiting! Was great to arrive in the Gare Nord station and see our friendly driver ready to pick us up! We were whisked away in an air-conditioned mini-van and arrived at Eurodisney in style. Quicker than the train and hassle free - definitely recommended!
Was my nephews first trip anywhere so was surprised but thrilled to see the sign guy holding up his name as we came through.
We got in the van, then had to move to another, not sure why but apart from that a smooth professional service right to the door of our hotel. If you're in a group this is much better than the train/shuttle and not really much more expensive. Would use again.
Our driver was late and did not know exactly where to pick us up even tho we were on the only AA flight from Dallas, TX that day and we had confirmed our arrival. The driver didn't speak a word of English so there was no communication beyond. He did get us to our destination quickly and helped with our bags. I wouldn't use this service again as we found a preferable choice while in Paris. The pricing is reasonable and the service I requested was done. No frills....
Pick up from hotel was smooth. Dropped off near the cinema and had a bit of a walk to the entrance to the park, but was okay we had a wheelchair. Driver told us to call 2 hours prior to desired pickup time, which we did. We wanted to be picked up at 930pm, but they were an hour late picking us up - maybe they were too busy, so we had to call several times.
Driver to the park great. Return driver awful. We stood exactly where told to be collected, and were there early. He couldn't find us in the rain and dark. Not our fault but boy was he abrupt and outwardly angry......and asked rudely after driving ~300m if we would give him a tip. Bad experience.
After arivel att the sceduled time noone from you was there to meet us!!!!!!! I have to call you and then you found the driver who have placed his car 300 meters from the exit. Then he drove like a carthief. I´m not satified at all
