I didn't receive the tour departure before leaving for Paris, and when I got to the departure point nobody else was there. It almost ruined my mother's birthday but we took a taxi to the cruise and dinner, which in the end were very enjoyable. After dinner we went to 'The Lido' on our own which turned things around. Please note that I do not blame Viator, I blame the tour operator.

Best things first, the dinner was fantastic! And you cannot beat the price of this combined package when you look at everything you get. If you were to book these separately, it would have been double to triple the price. Make sure you eat before you start this tour because dinner is about 10pm at night, but definitely worth the wait! The Seine Cruise was OK but I wouldn't do Illuminations again as we couldn't get good pictures because it was at night. The big problem was the departure time wrong on my voucher so we ended up missing the bus. However, they very accommodating and transferred us to the next night, free of charge. My recommendation: if they have a dinner on the Champs-Elysees only package, take that, you won't be disappointed. Just make sure you call the day before and confirm the time, which Viator does recommend.

Too much time was wasted waiting to board the ferry. The ferry was very full. The dinner at Chez Clement was OK, but we were taken there at 11 pm which is a bit too late to have a relaxing dinner - especially when knowing that the metro will soon stop running.

The cruise and Illuminations were amazing! However we had a terrible meal at the restaurant. Our party of six left - need I say more?
