The cruise was nice, but short. The address to the place we were supposed to meet was wrong, and we couldn't find it. The office address is what should have been on the e-ticket, but it was not, and we wasted over four hours of walking and asking directions, and no one knew where to find it. We missed the cruise, but we called and they rescheduled it. The people were nice, but the first attempt was a horrible way to spend our first night in Paris.

If the weather is at all on the chilly side definitely sit inside of the boat! I actually liked the coach tour best. It gave better narration and was a good view. The boat was just cold late March. We also would have liked more time at the Eiffel Tower which was right next to the boat launch but had to catch the boat and get right back on the coach.

It was only just okay; I wasn't that impressed by the tour guide.

The cruise was excellent, however the service sucks. The tour guide left us and there was a mix up with our bus.

We were happy with the cruise although we had to wait half an hour to get onto the boat as we were waiting for other passengers from other companies to arrive. It was cold and the man in front of us didn't understand a word of the commentary, there weren't as many languages available as advertised. The bus trip was a waste of time as the roof of the bus got in the way so we couldn't see the majority of the things being pointed out, the commentary was out of sync and the windows steamed up. I would have gone on the cruise for the history and information that was provided as otherwise I would never had learnt anything about Paris or the bridges or buildings but the tour by coach was a complete let down.

Not too bad, except for the commentary, which was multilingual and was confusing at one point.

We were late leaving, so lots of hanging around. Consequently we were later getting back than we expected. The boat trip was very good, but the 'illuminations' generally were disappointing. A spotlight on a building isn't illuminations in my opinion. It mostly covered what we had already done on the hop on hop off bus during the day.

River Seine Cruise was good although cold in winter. Suggest doing the two trips separately as it makes quite a late night otherwise.

We were 40 minutes late starting the tour. We had to wait another 30 minutes for a group of people that weren't on our tour to get on the bus. We were supposed to be back around 10:00 and were not back until after 11:00. The Illuminations tour was cut short because the bus was running behind.

Whereas the Seine River Cruise was awesome, the City Tour left us disappointed because of the way that it was organized. The City Tour and the Dinner Tour were combined because of a lack of customers and, therefore, the City Tour was dragged until midnight. As a result, we had to rush to get on the Metro, which closed at 12:45 a.m. in order to return to our hotel.

It was worth doing, but we gathered at 8:30 p.m. and then the bus took us to the dock and we had to wait in line with hundreds of pushy people all trying to get on with their groups. I thought that we were going on a smaller boat with only our group. The ride wasn't until 9:30, so by the time we did that and took the bus tour, it was midnight when we finished. You can go to the dock and get your own tickets for a lot less money.

It rained that day so the clarity of the tour was certainly lacking. For rainy days, the tour boats should have an alternative that allows for better viewing as the windows were fairly dirty blurry so hard to see outside. Also, the tour guide should be strict on those who stand by the doorway up front because it was hard to see all together without the people trying to get a better view by piling by the front doorways which didn't allow the others in the midsection or back to see out in the front where the best visibility was. Would give the tour benefit of the doubt and do it again but after trying the other tours.

It was a rainy and chilly night, so the river trip was good but not the best. The bus radio system for the second half of the tour did not work so we did not do the illuminations. We were told that we would be returned to our original destination but they decided to drive around for a while. This was unproductive and a few people just got off and found their own way home.

I thought the hand held audio on the boat was awkward - and the baby screaming made it difficult to hear so I had to buy the CD.

The river cruise was very nice. It's worth doing. The Illuminations was not nice at all. We had to wait for almost 15 minutes in Champs Elysees.
