Absolutely fantastic! Great service, tasty champagne and an awesome engagement venue! My now fiancee said yes as we were heading up the Champs-Elysees, and despite the rain, with the cover up, it was a truly magical ride. Yes, people are looking at you, taking photos, etc., but that only makes you feel that much more special! You can't get any more public, but yet so intimately private. The guides are very friendly and knowledgable. We stopped twice to take photos, and some of them are just fantastic. I would recommend this to any true romantics!

This was my first trip to Paris, and wanted to do something special for my husband. We were on a budget, so when I found the Carriage Ride on the Viator website that was affordable I was thrilled. I told my husband I had a "special treat" for him, but refused to elaborate. We did some touring during the day, and then made our way to the Eiffel Tower. I made sure that he was seated so he couldn't see the carriage approach. With video camera in hand, seeing the horse coming, I was able to capture the wonderful look of shock and pleasure come over his face. It was a busy day at the tower, and many people crowded around asking for rides. Everywhere we went, people smiled, waved and just generally seemed to enjoy the sight of the horse and carriage. Our driver was wonderful, and we were so pleased with the pictures he took for us. My husband didn't stop smiling the whole time we were out, and even into the night! I highly recommend this to anyone wanting a romantic experience that you will never forget!

I made a marriage proposal on the horse & carriage to my girfriend. The driver took a lot of pictures, and it was the most memorable experience. You can't beat Paris in a carriage - a must do!

We had the upgrade with the champagne. It was very nice and very romantic. They stop in two places to take photos in the carriage, and we asked to have our photo taken kissing with the Eiffel Tower in the background. It is a treasured photo!

This is an absolute "must do" when in Paris. We enjoyed it so much that when our ride was finished we asked to be taken around again, which our guides did willingly, and they managed to vary the route for another perspective. Our guides also stopped at the various monuments and took photos of us, which was a very nice touch, not to mention sipping champagne as the world rolled by! It started to rain about 15 minutes before the carriage ride finished; our guides then raised the top of the carriage as we were kept warm under the blanket so kindly provided by them. We booked this ride from Australia and had no trouble with the booking or locating our pick up point. Excellent all round experience!

I would highly recommend this tour! My wife and I and our 2 young daughters went together and saw lots of cool back streets, fancy shopping streets and some of the bigger sights of Paris. The beautiful horse galloped over the cobblestones, which made the kids happy and was well worth the trip. Just be prepared for lots of people to stare at you...and to smile when the tour guide stops to take photos of you with your camera. We would definitely do this tour again.

This was a birthday gift for my partner. She was absolutely delighted with the surprise. I can honestly say we didn't stop grinning for the whole hour we toured the streets of Paris. And when the horse was given its head and galloped along the street, it was so exciting to see this powerful animal fly down the Parisian streets.

Definitely worth the money. I took this ride with my fiance, her sister, brother-in-law, and 10 month old baby. We were not sure if everyone was going to be able to ride, because the baby's stroller was too large to put on the carriage, and there wasn't a place to store it near the Eiffel Tower. Instead of someone staying behind, one of the staff members of the carriage stayed with the stroller for the hour and a half ride! She received a large tip for her willingness to do it. We had a great time on our ride and would highly recommend it to anyone considering the trip. This is the only carriage ride through Paris, and it was great!

This was an amazing experience, it was a cold Valentine's Day in Paris and through the streets came this magnificent horse and carriage. The coachmen were lovely and gave us a guided tour. The blanket and champagne just added to the overall experience. Book it, you will regret if you don't!

What a fantastic way to see Paris, it was a surprise I had booked for my boyfriend and he loved it. It was worth every penny when i saw the look on his face. The staff were very friendly and spoke English as well and also took some pictures for us. And the horse was beautiful and very big and even posed for the photographs. I recommend this experience as its the best way to see Paris - very romantic.

A must for all lovers and romantics. The guides are entertaining and full of fun, the Parisians all stop whatever they are doing and watch. It made my wife and I feel very special. It was the best part of our trip to Paris.

Was so romantic...it was a little cold the day we did it, but it just made it more cuddly. Really lovely people that operate this business, very informative pointing out all the sights. The carriage ride takes you through some beautiful streets; it's great to get your bearings in Paris. You have to do this...you will love it!
