The cruise and the tour themselves were great, the staff was not so friendly. This tour is definitely worth doing.

The location of the place to load the bus that takes you to the cruise area was very confusing. We could not find the location. We walked and walked and walked, and that day we never did find the place. We had to call, and then we were told where to go to catch the bus. The location of where to catch the bus needs to be more defined on the reservation. Most people automatically think that if you are going on a cruise, you go to the river, and that is what we did. But you actually had to go to a bus first, then go to the cruise.

Didn't realize this was a cruise and a bus tour when I purchased, however, it was a great tour and a great way to get your barrings in a foreign city before setting out on your own.

The River Seine Cruise was excellent, but the Paris Illuminations Tour was a little disappointing. Definitely consider the first part, but think twice about the second.

Fantastic trip. Seine by night is wonderful. Coach trip was ok. Departure point was moved round the corner and a note left on the office door but was very basic and not obvious where it had relocated too.

Good introduction to Paris. Good discount.

Had great views during the day then approached the Eiffel Tower as it started getting dark, saw it both before and after it was lit up. The illuminated tour was alright but the top of the boat was foggy so it was difficult to see all angles. All in all, a very nice tour.

Our only problem was that on the night of the tour, we had to queue for a token in the cold before we were allowed on the bus. Why didn't the online voucher suffice?

Done on our first night in Paris - a very good introduction to the city.

River Cruise was great and very informative. Illuminations tour could have been better if we had gone to Notre Dame and that area. Otherwise, great.

Great trip! Hassle free sightseeing.

Definitely a nice overview of the city - by boat and by bus. Try not to do it your first night, as jet lag sat in and we ended up falling asleep during the bus tour. Also could have been more commentary on the bus. Otherwise a nice experience.

The river cruise was terrific, I would definitely recommend it! To see all of the beautiful city of Paris in the evening was a must! The bus tour at the end of the evening was okay. The evening was a bit longer than we planned; the timetable said two and a half hours, and it was almost three and a half hours by the time the bus tour was over.
