The trip was fantastic and everything you promised. At the end of our bus portion we were quite a ways from the Metro and the lady guide had the bus drive us to the station over a mile away. Terrific and much appreciated.

We were thinking of making a special trip to the Eiffel Tower but this was not necessary with this cruise. Not only was the cruise fantastic, but you were close to the illuminated Eiffel Tower - a double positive. The city is beautiful at night so I recommend the night cruise. You won't be disappointed.

My kids booked my husband and I this great trip, and it couldn't have been better. We took tons of pictures, and afterwords, we walked a short distance to the Eiffel Tower. Trip was great, and well worth it. A highlight of my whole trip!!

It was a wonderful experience. The timing was perfect. On the way to cruise, the bus passed by Concord and we caught the moment they turn on the lights. When we arrived at the bridge, which is right by the Eiffel Tower, again we caught the moment when the tower was lighting up. We had a great time that night.

I found out Viator only uses some of the leading tour operators in each country. That makes it so convenient to book online all the tours in different countries you plan to visit. And your prices are comparable to the local tour operators. I have already recommend your company to many of my friends.

The boat cruise was good, but access to a drinks bar or something like that would of been nice, but otherwise, a great evening was had by the 2 of us. One minor little issue was that the coach audio system could do with a look at, as our headphones did not work too well, but the boat cruise audio system was top notch. Will recommend the trip to anyone wanting to see Paris at night.

It was for us the best way to see Paris by night. Easy to find office for the start of the tour, and lots of info whilst enjoying it.

River trip boat was rather scruffy compared to others which were operating.

The actual river cruise & coach tour were great but the we almost missed the trip because the details on the voucher were incorrect & when phoning to confirm 24 hours before the details provided were also incorrect. The voucher instructions were to wait at an address for collection by coach. The shop at the address was closed and when we realized no one was coming, we found the coach parked around the corner at another shop. We were not allowed on the coach as we had to wait in line at the shop & exchange the voucher for a ticket.

We had a great time even if it did rain for the whole cruise and tour. Nothing could diminish the beauty of the Eiffel Tower lighting up the Parisian night sky. It was gorgeous.

All went very well from start to finish. Well worth the money and for Valentine's Day we even had a free rose! Considering how busy February 14th was it all was really good.
