It's worth doing on the 1st day to Paris, because you get to see all the significant sights and become familiar with the area, streets, etc.

This tour is exactly the same as the day tour, but it was very beautiful at night with the lights of Paris, especially at Christmas time.

I loved both the cruise and the coach ride. However, it's best that you see the sights during daytime before doing this cruise at night as it gives you a better perspective. It's purely a different experience. If you only had time for one or the other, then it's better to see it during the day. Tips to note are when getting on the coach for tour around the city, make sure you sit on the top deck since you get a much better view than sitting on the lower deck. I loved the music they played on the cruise...set the mood just right.

I loved going down the Seine River; it was freezing though, so bring a warm jacket. The Paris Illuminations tour was a great way to see the main sights - keep in mind that it's dark and the bus doesn't let you come out for photos at each spot, so it's hard to get good pictures.

The ceiling glass prevented me from seeing the view. If the glass can be removed it will help a lot.

Very good trip, was easy to get to and night part was very beautiful part.

We had beautiful views from the river; they are not to be missed. The bus left a bit early, and Paris didn't really light up until the very end of the bus ride.

Well worth the trip, it gave us an oversight of the city for our travels around the various sights.

The cruise and the tour themselves were great, the staff was not so friendly. This tour is definitely worth doing.

The location of the place to load the bus that takes you to the cruise area was very confusing. We could not find the location. We walked and walked and walked, and that day we never did find the place. We had to call, and then we were told where to go to catch the bus. The location of where to catch the bus needs to be more defined on the reservation. Most people automatically think that if you are going on a cruise, you go to the river, and that is what we did. But you actually had to go to a bus first, then go to the cruise.

Didn't realize this was a cruise and a bus tour when I purchased, however, it was a great tour and a great way to get your barrings in a foreign city before setting out on your own.

The River Seine Cruise was excellent, but the Paris Illuminations Tour was a little disappointing. Definitely consider the first part, but think twice about the second.

Fantastic trip. Seine by night is wonderful. Coach trip was ok. Departure point was moved round the corner and a note left on the office door but was very basic and not obvious where it had relocated too.
