The river cruise was a bit of the cattle call on a large boat with many others. The windows were not that easy to see out of. The Paris tour after was FANTASTIC as we had the driver all to ourselves! He was great and took us through parts of Paris we would never have seen.

This was a wonderful way to see the major sites of Paris from inside a shuttle van and from the river. It was great to be picked up and dropped off at our hotel so we didn't have to navigate our way to a meeting place. Our driver/guide stopped at one spot so we could take pictures but that was it so don't think this is a camera safari unless you're ok clicking through a window. Make sure you call to confirm 24 hours in advance.

Cruise was awful, but the illuminations tour was great, the driver very knowledgeable.

There was a mix up in pick up times, so we sat and waited for 45 minutes. This needs to be better coordinated and communicated. Also, the boat tour was not very good. It was pretty and interesting, but the boat we were taken out on was huge, very crowded and the audio equipment was not working properly. We would highly recommend finding another venue for this. The guide was nice, but it would have been good if she would have stopped a few times during the driving tour to let us get out and see better or longer views and to take a few photos.

The river cruise was OK except for the kids sitting behind us, which is not Viator's fault. The tour guide was hard to understand, and if we had not ridden the hop on, hop off bus previously, we would never have known what he was telling us.

The Seine River tour was like being on a cattle boat. Hundreds and hundreds of people crammed onto a barge listening to sporadic commentary over headsets/PA system. Our tour 'guide' dumped us into a line to board and did not accompany us to point out highlights. The Paris Illuminations by minivan was like doing a demolition derby lurching through the streets of Paris. The guide had a party to go to after she was done with us and was in a big hurry. Time for the tour after she picked us up from the barge was about 45 minutes not counting the various stops to drop us at our hotels. She did not stop or even slow down so we could take pictures of the various monuments and sights. We did not go past Notre Dame or some of the other spots listed in the online promotional material.
