Eagerly awaiting the tour with my daughter and grandson we were delayed by traffic and missed the time allocated. The lovely tour guides said this was no problem at all and we went straight through with the next group, my relief at this response was enormous! We met with Melanie, a fellow Australian, up on the second level of the tower. My 7 year old grandson's attention is not easy to get or maintain but immediately Melanie had him enthralled. All he wanted was a donut but due to her wonderful style of giving information and also keeping him entertained he managed to go through the whole tour with minimal fuss. I was well educated on the sights and stories of the Eiffel Tower which I didn't know and found very interesting. My daughter who was there on a school trip also learnt about a quiet entrance to the Louvre which was helpful. I can't commend the tour team on the ground and Melanie the tour guide enough. If I had fifty stars I would give them to her! We ended up spending two hours on the Tower and enjoyed every minute of it :) Thank you and I will definitely use your tours again!!
Great tour very informative and to beat the 2-3 hour line to get up the Eiffel was fantastic.
Our guide, Aussie Jess, was great. She has loads of information about the Eifell tower and Paris. We all thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.
The site was amazing...and Connor was a fantastically energetic tour guide with information galore! I felt kind of sorry for the lines of people waiting, as we buzzed by them to the group entrance, but that's why we purchased the tour...wonderful views and a great tour!
Wonderful tour! Another excellent tour guide. Very professional and educational. This structure is one not to miss!
Our guide was knowledgeable, and had a sense of humor. Skipping the line saved 2 hours and got us to the top before the crowds. The views are magnificent. The history interesting. The experience memorable.
Fantastic Tour. Our guide Steph, was fantastic! She was thoroughly knowledgeable about the Tower and Paris as well. Even though it was cold and rainy, she took the time to explain the city from the third level view. This tour utilizes the elevator-which is a must in my opinion.
So great and SOOOOO handy, saw the line and was thinking nope cant do it so booked these online that night and the next day was up the top in 10 minutes instead of 3 hours.
This was a great tour and our guide Jess was full of knowledge and helpful recommendations
If you have your heart set on heading atop the Eiffel Tower, this is the only way to do it. The lines to ascend the Eiffel Tower are very, very long to take the only working elevator. With Skip the Line, you have an escorted tour (we had ten people in our party) you go to the front of the line! We learned amazing things about the tower and had an opportunity to learn and see so much about Paris.
This is well worth the cost of the ticket, especially if you are in Paris for a short time.
Richard was an excellent guide; this was on our first morning in Paris. A lovely walk from our hotel to meet with Richard, a great story teller from the UK who knew his Paris history. Nice to have the Skip the Line as only one elevator was working so we could by pass the long line ups. You can read all about the different attractions but nothing like hearing it from a guide, so much more interesting. In every direction Richard could tell us about all of the places we should visit and what we would see there.
Our tour guide was named Connor and he was wonderful. He gave us information regarding the Eiffel Tower as well as interesting facts about the City beyond. Also great to skip the line! Would highly recommend this tour and especially Connor.
The tour was well worth the price. Our guide was entertaining and informative and we learnt about Paris from the deck of the tower.
