This is a must do! People were so mad when we walked in and got a table. This is the only way to do Hard Rock.

Well worth it. Moved to head of line seated quickly; waiter was not sure what the voucher was for at first, but manager brought us the "Diamond" menu we had prepaid. We had the 12 slab ribs, quite a large order, came with coleslaw and baked beans. We ordered iced tea, yes they have ice tea in Paris. Dessert included ice cream sundae. Great meal and great service. Nice little break from the French cafe menus.

Although it was very busy, I got a seat straight away. Atmosphere great, zany waiter and great food.

The food was great, and the atmosphere added to it.

Good food, great venue, easy to find on the metro and great when you have paid in advance for your meal so you don't have to worry about money!

Great service and a nice meal. It was well worth it, however, the fact that you could not pre-pay for a child's meal before you left made it that you still had to pay for something when you got there. Maybe there should be a way to charge for a child before you go.

Most enjoyable meal. A good finish on our last night in Paris.

The only problem we had with this was that the staff at the Hard Rock Cafe in Paris did not know what it was, as such we had been booked a table at 8pm instead of being able to skip the line when we arrived we were told we were 2 hours late for our booking. We did eventually get seated and it was all fine but the communication of the terms of the offer could have been better communicated to the staff.

Not the most convenient place to pick up Paris passes etc. Meal OK but a bit large and American. Staff very friendly and helpful.

We did not enjoy our time, when we first got there they kept trying to send us to the store counter and when we finally got them to realize that we were there to eat they were rude to us and they pretty much sat us where there was any available room which was a little table in a corner. Our waitress asked us what did we want and we never saw her again, she didn't come by to see if we needed anything or even asked how we were doing. Somebody else brought us out our food and we had to ask him for water because the waitress was no where to be found. The waitress finally came back the end to pick up our plates and brought us our dessert which was supposed to have been ice cream in a cup, however it was melted ice cream with no napkins and it spilled all over the able. Needless to say we did not leave a tip and did not enjoy our time there. We didn't even walk around and see the memorabilia, we just wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. We DO NOT recommend the Hard Rock in Paris as the people are rude and don't care for customer service.
