Wonderful way to learn about this part of the city. Our tour guide was filled with more information than most guide books. A must when in Paris!
Our guide was so cute and have very interesting information about ile de la cite and Notre dame. If we hve another chance to see again, i would like to see the bells (they were closed) and i want to take a tour about inside of the Notre dame. Is there such a tour? Thanks for those good tours and guides.
Excellent tour guide; awesome cathedral; and spectacular view from the top of the tower
Our tour guide, Randa, was exceptional. A wealth of information and interesting stories that we would not have heard just wandering around by ourselves. The "skip the line" feature was well worth the cost of the tour.
Great tour, excelent tour guide keeping it very dynamic and fun.
I would say, the only way to do the Notre Dame Cathedral. Saw everything and more than I expected. Definetly, will recomend this to all my friends and family.
Beautiful Cathedral and the walking tour was great despite the rain
Our tour guide, Caroline, was very knowledgeable and a great speaker.
I started off my trip with this tour and it was fantastic. Randa was fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Paris in general and about Ile de la Cite in particular. She was very entertaining. This tour inspired me to go out and buy a couple of books at Shakespeare and Company about the history of Paris, and informed my travels around the rest of the city. This was my favorite event in Paris!
Randa was a fantastic guide who kept things very interesting and animated throughout the whole tour. She made everyone feel involved and welcome and was full of great information! Well worth the money!
I have been to Paris two consecutive summers. Both times I have used Viator for many tours and have never had a problem. The tour guides are great and everything goes as planned. The first summer I was in Paris, I just viewed Notre Dame Cathedral from the outside and the lines were too long to go inside. This time around, I booked a "skip the line tour" ahead of time to gain entrance to the inside of Notre Dame. The first two hours was a walking tour around the area and in the neighborhood by Notre Dame. It was interesting to learn the history around the area. Next, we were able to walk right into the Cathedral and our tour guide continued to give us great information. Finally, we were going to the top of the bell tour. It is over 400 plus steps. We made it to the gargoyles and our small group was able to go out and take pictures of the city of Paris. It was beautiful and we took pictures of the city and of course the gargoyles. We decided not to go the next 200 steps up, only because we already had a wonderful view of the city! I will continue to use Viator, they are great!
Linda, our guide was a pleasure! The history was presented with humor, yet loaded with facts. Excellent!
Ronda was GREAT. This tour was a bit different than I understood it. We walked the island and learned A LOT of Paris history - that was great! We jumped the line to go to the top of Notre Dame which was the only way to get to the top, even in November. I would have like to see the inside of the Saint Chappelle but that part of this tour. We took many stops to talk so the walking can be handle by all ages.
Tour guide was great. He was from UK which was great for an English-speaking tour. He was very passionate about the history of the area and the architecture; so the presentation was really great. He was also very personable. It was a great tour!
