best way to see the louvre! lovely guide took us threw the underground and showed us the history that we would have missed if we went on our own. and when the tour was finished we were able to stay and continue on.

This tour was great, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and had a great personality, I wish I knew her name to be able to credit her. She gave the tour in Italian and English, there were only 6 of us 3 couples in the group and we got to see all the important things and learn a lot of history.

Awesome tour -- loved skipping the lines and getting the inside facts about the Louvre. Recommend highly.

Our guide was very knowledgeable of the Lourve and the art inside. It was crowded as it was a Monday am and the museum is closed Tuesdays. Expect to walk, it is a huge place, but beautiful.

Appreciated the major artworks in the Louvre as well as the historical value of the Louvre itself. It's also easy to get lost inside so our tour guide, who was very mindful of this, made sure we always know where we are and how to go around.

This tour was great as it shows the highlights (at least the most famous pieces of art) that the Louvre has. Great for a first time visit to this great museum, and the guide showed deep knowledge on the matter.

Very well worth doing this tour.
I would highly recommend doing this as the Louvre Museum is such a big complex.
This was our first time visiting the Louvre and thought we would do such a tour rather then fumbling our way around.
However we enjoyed it so much that we would probably do it again a second time.

Excellent. Wel organised and we certainly saw the key parts of the Louvre. Without this we could have spent valuable moments queuing or trying to find our way around to the key works of art

This is a really good way to start your explorations of the Louvre. You jump to the front of huge queues and get the 'tourist' stuff (e.g Mona Lisa, Venus De Milo etc) out of the way early so you can start looking some truly spectacular art. Having the tour guide (Christoph - who was excellent by the way) gives you some really good tips on how to negotiate the miles of art. You also get some very interest history lessons at the same time. If you're a complete art novice like me, then this tour is even more important to do.

fantastic tour, skip the line well worth it as the normal line was hours long. The Louve was well worth the visit, got to see all the main exibits and then free as long as you wanted.

This guided tour of the Louvre was fantastic. Our guide was extremely knowledgable and quite obviously loved art and art history. She taught us so much about the pieces we were able to see. I'm sorry I forget her name, but she was passionate about the Louvre and art, and made the tour very enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour.

Our guide was Paulina and she was amazing. VERY knowledgeable. We were able to bypass the long lines and she got us right in. She took us to the areas of greatest interest to us and kept it very interesting. At the end of the tour, she even accompanied us to the subway station and helped us get tickets!! Now that's service.
