There was some confusion over the ticket from the shop front to the bus, which was less than several meters away from the shop. The actual tour was great in the Louvre, with the main works of art identified efficiently. The guide was knowledgeable.

Our guide was friendly and extremely informative and was able to show us all the top sights at the Louvre within a workable time frame. If we had tried to find all these sights by ourselves we would have spent the day trying to find them and battling the crowds as well!! It was money well spent and it covered most things of what we wanted to see at the Louvre.

I would have enjoyed a bit more time to really get close to some things, though you could go back through again and see stuff too. I'm glad we did this, though, rather then try it on our own.

It was great to see the Louvre this way, especially with two small children. The only downer was that the audio guides sometimes echoed.

It was worth having a private tour guide, although our group was about 25 to 30 people. Missing the line was great! We did have to wait for at least 20 minutes at the travel store where we met.

This is great for anyone who's ever wanted to see the Louvre and who is not an art expert. We saw the "Mona Lisa" up close, and learned lots of cool info on other artwork. The unwrapped mummy is a must-see!

The tour was very good. Our guide was most informed and very pleasant, and willing to supply any extra information needed. I would greatly recommended it. I just wish we could have seen more parts of the Louvre.

It was great to get to the main attractions and learn more about them. We were then free to wander the Louvre on our own. It is huge and amazing!

It was very well worth booking ahead and knowing this was organised. It made for a smooth entry and introduction to the Louvre, which otherwise could have been quite overwhelming. The only small negative was that no time was specified on the ticket for meeting at the tour office, and then there was a delay once we did get to the office. Otherwise, we have no complaints; the guide was excellent and the essential earphones were well provided. All in all, it's a great service.

Takes you through the best museum in short time. Definitely for those who do not have time. Guide was very informed and helpful.

Tour was great. Takes a bit of time as guide speaks three languages. Well worth it for all ages. Office staff were a bit rude though.
