Our tour guide was fantastic and informative. She showed us the most well-known parts of the Louvre, as we only had a few hours there. It was informative and well planned out.

The group was pretty small and you could hear our guide really well. She was able to keep our attention for the most part. If you have already been to the Louvre, you may want to do a more specialized tour. It was worth doing because we didn't have to wait in line.

The tour was nice but I wished they would have taken us to see a few more pieces of art. The convenience was that the guide took us directly to the 3 most famous pieces which probably would have taken us forever to find. She also shared a lot of interesting information.

I think the audio guide and arriving early would have been equivalent, if not better than our tour. The guide's accent was hard to understand, but she ended up being helpful in the end, recommending restaurants and other things to do.

Our guide was friendly and clearly knowledgeable about his subject. Personally I would have preferred to have seen more exhibits for shorter periods of time.

The tour guide had fantastic knowledge of the Louvre but I found the tour was very scattered. We walked in all directions without getting a sense of where we were.

Kind of distracted tour and not much useful info from the guide.

The tour was OK, but the crowds were so thick it was hard to hear the tour guide. The tour guide was knowledgeable, very thoughtful and helpful.

Too big of a group to enjoy, would recommend a private tour instead.

Guide was very knowledgeable and had a good presentation. But, we had a bilingual group. Guide had to repeat her comments in both English and Spanish. Extended time for tour and allowed less time for questions, less personal attention. Should not have mixed language groups.

The friends I bought tickets for said the guide went too fast for many in the group and complained when they pointed it out. My granddaughter and I kept up and found our guide informative, if fast-talking, and that's about all.

The tour was impacted by very large crowds that made it difficult to navigate the Louvre. Also, the large tour group caused delays in the tour start. The lesson to me is to go to the Louvre outside of the summer tourist season!

Our tour guide's English was quite difficult to understand. Also, I thought that the tour was suppose to last 2 1/2 hours and it actually only lasted 1 1/2. There were many things left unseen.

The guide was too wordy and spent too much time on each work of art.

The tour guide was knowledgeable, but unfortunately two different language groups were put together. The Spanish group, who were larger than the English group, started complaining about the arrangement and some of them started leaving the tour. I also think that this arrangement was not good, as it took twice the time because the same things had to be explained in two languages and we all thought we were wasting our precious time there. Also, it took too much time for questioning and answering in two languages. The guide could have explained more about other pictures and sculptures. I have taken guided tours through Viator in other cities, and they were all much better.
