A nice way to spend a day. The markets were an eye opener and extremely interesting. Our guide Aaron presented Versaille to us under extremely trying conditions - the temperature on the day was 38 degrees!! He did a magnificent job and even though I have been before I learnt new things. Beautiful gardens with amazing tales behind their construction, and lovely shady trees to have our lunch under. We collected our lunch at the markets and bought extra fruit to compliment. The bagette was glorious. Our day ended with Aaron directing us to our correct Metro connections. Thankyou Aaron!!

Our guide, Greg, was knowledgeable and friendly, he was at the meeting point on our arrival (and we were 20minutes early). The group size of 16 people was good as we all were able to see and hear what was going on. Administratively all the train and entrance tickets were available as was the inclusive lunch. We found the lunch to be tasty and eating it beside the canal in Versailles was most enjoyable. All in all a well run day that was made all the more enjoyable by the quality of the guide and the smooth organisation.

EXCELLENT although a lot more walking than I anticipated. the grounds are enormous. you can hire for 30 euro a golf type buggy, which we did withand then caught up with the rest of the tour to view the palace. NEIVE (SORRY WRONG SPELLING) our Irish tourist guide was very informative and went above and beyond to help us, even finding transport at the end of the tour back in Paris.she was excellent.

This tour was amazing, guide Marcus was very knowlegable and witty, really made the experience. Markets were fun and the food supplied for lunch was delicious. Great weather and a bonus fountain display was unexpected but overwhelming! Gardens are worth the walking and although the palace inside was over crowded and a little unpleasant (not viator controlled) it was the perfect way to spend my last day in Paris! Versailles is beautiful :-)

An absolutely truly wonderful experience from the minute we met our guide to the minute we left, and extremely well organised. Even tho' I have been here before, it was wonderful to see it through the eyes of our very knowledgable guide Marcus, and the garden walk and picnic was the highlight. Would certainly recommend this tour.

Our day at the Palace of Versaille was incredible. Aarron, our guide, was a fountain of information. His humor and insights were greatly appreciated. The Palace and the grounds were incredible and I deem this a must see.

Fabulous day! Guide was personable, informative with a great sense of humour. Was there on a Saturday when music was wafting through the gardens and the fountains were working. Truly memorable.

Our tour guide was the best we ever had!!! She was very informative, didn't walk too fast and provided the freshest lunch. She allowed shopping time and lunch time. Please keep her.

Our guide was amazing. He provided great "color commentary" and made history come alive. While we saw other tour groups everywhere, our group was small and intimate enough to be enjoyable. The gardens themselves are beautiful and relaxing though it is a disappointment that only one fountain works. The independent tour of the interior was too crowded to enjoy, best to spend your time outdoors on a gorgeous day. I highly recommend.

This was the best tour of our vacation. Greg was knowledgeable and fun with french history. Gave a great talk about calves being the standard of fitness for kings!! How funny!! We had a very extensive tour of the gardens which we loved. The apartments were crowded but still manageable. We had free audio guides for that portion which worked out great. You do not want to try and keep 16 people together following a guide inside the apartments. We could move at our own pace and see what we wanted to see.
The french market was vibrant with great selections. We got cheese and fresh fruit to add to our wonderful picnic. Sitting by the grand canal eating lunch was so relaxing.
Greg really made us comfortable through the whole trip, which requires a lot of work for how busy this place is. But he made it look effortless!! We love Greg and would recommend this tour to anyone!!
