Our tour of the Opera Garnier was incredible! Our printed ticket got us immediate access and we were able to easily find the meeting place of our tour group. The guide was personable, very informative, and our group of about 15 people was to follow and hear him easily.
We were very pleased with this event and will definitely suggest this tour and Viator to all of our friends!

For those who have interest in 19th century history and architecture or someone who wants to walk in the shoes of the Phantom this tour is a must. Guide was well schooled in the nuances of the history of the house. Did make it special that we did get inside the house itself, otherwise would have been 4 stars. For the cost of the tour, this is a great value.

This tour was great. We got a guide that was enthusiastic about the building and its history and that's always s refreshing. The hour flew by. I learned a lot and in a fun way.

Fantastic! The English guide is very amicable and professional. This is a very informative, majestic, and romantic tour. I was amazed by its history, overwhelming archtecture, and stories. Viator surely has great English guided tours for every trip.

Nice tour with lots of information. I had hoped we would get more of a chance to see more back stage but that didn't happen.

Enjoyed the tour and learned a lot. Could not always hear the guide-she needs to address the entire group, not just face some of the people or speak only to a person who asks a question.

Friendly guide, but too many stories of mythology rather than the opera house, and of course the best thing would have been to see something of behind the scenes.
