Our tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable. Our friends who did not get the tour had to stand in line for 2 hours to get tickets and another hour to get in. We walked right on in. However, we understood that we would be able to get into the gardens as the tickets noted an optional fountain show. The lines were too long to get tickets to the gardens when we realized we had to buy more tickets. This was confusing and disappointing.

Bus ride to Versailles was quick. Great tour guide. She spoke clearly and enjoyed questions. She wore a microphone and everyone wore an ear bud, so you could clearly hear her even though she might be 20 feet away.

Though we didn't really get the option of a fountain show, it was a worthwhile tour. You couldn't really appreciate Versailles without a guided tour.

We loved the guided tour on the bus from our hotel to Versailles and even more the personal guided tour with the personal audio equipment at Versailles. Our tour guide spoke clearly and explained the history of the chateaux extremely well. We also had plenty of time to visit the grounds on our own time. The gift store at Versailles is very small. We could not spent any time shopping due to the crammed space. Aside from that I would strongly recommend this tour to others. Great value!

Amazing, tour guide was very helpful and clear in her explanation. Versailles needs to be understood so being alone there without a guide is not useful.

Versailles was breathtaking. Our tour guide only added to the experience by introducing us to the rich history of the location without being bombarded by dates. But rather added the human element. The fountains and gardens where unimaginable in splendor. We left only wishing for more time to spend discovering the grounds.
