The tour was very enjoyable and very informative. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and did a great job of communicating with the group. I would recommend this tour to my friends.

I would not have missed this tour. The guide was very informative and ready to answer any questions. Versailles was very crowded the day we visited, but it was still a very worthwhile must-see.

Loved the tour and fountain show, but the guide we had was a little scattered. Very interesting overall.

Versailles was amazing, and very crowded with other tours and individuals the day we went. That made it a little difficult for us to keep an eye on our guide, who didn't carry anything that could be seen over the crowd. Still, we could hear her fairly well through the headphones, which are a great way to handle a small group in such a throng. Her English was good, and she was informative and entertaining. Versailles has to be seen. The fountains were not running - getting water pressure to Versailles is apparently still a problem in the 21st century. Even so, the grounds were vast and impressive. Time constraints meant that we saw only a part of this enormous complex, but it was enough to get a sense of its opulence; it is far grander than I had previously imagined. No wonder the peasants revolted!

The guide was excellent, but after queuing to get in (it was much quicker than the regular queue) there was too little time before we had to get back on the bus!

This was my second visit to the palace. It's a sight to see. The crowds were large, and at times it was hard to get a full view of the rooms. Seeing the fountain show was great. We were lucky that we checked our booking the night before. We had been confirmed on the afternoon tour, but the company had changed us to the morning tour without contacting us.

Easy to find departure point, pleasant and helpful staff. Our tour guide was very nice and full of knowledge. The bus was comfortable, but it had a number of broken seats and damaged audio connections. Still, it is the best way to do a quick tour of a number of places for those with time restraints.

The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, definitely a must! Expensive but worth every penny.

Good tour overall. Versailles and its gardens are breathtaking. I wouldn't waste your money on the optional fountain show - because apparently they were only doing the fountain show at the very end of the day in order to conserve water - and our bus left to go back to Paris before it. So, my fountain tour ticket was worthless.

The crowds were a little too much for us to completely enjoy this tour. But the palace was magnificent. And there is no fountain show as such. Just a lot of ornate fountains in large grounds which you can walk about.

After seeing the long line to buy general admission in the pouring rain - we were so happy to bypass that all and enter promptly with our guide. He was very knowledgeable and it was great!

The tour was fantastic. Unfortunately, when we were there, Versailles was very full. So, we couldn't really enjoy it.

The guide was fine, and for the most part the logistics were okay, though the headphones on the bus did not work and a little process description on how the voucher gets converted to two tickets would have helped. Overall, good enough.
