This could not be better. It is complete tour of Paris and Versailles, well planned, most informative and avoiding the queues was worth every last penny. Highly recommended.
With the option of jump-the-line tour in Versailles and a quick one-hour glance of Seine Cruise, you will be amazed how much you would have missed in one day with the guidance from Viator's tourist guides. The long line in front of the Versailles makes you feel strongly that this trip is worth the money. You will never regret.
It was a long day, but a great way to see a lot of the area in few days we had to spend in Paris. Our guide in Versailles was wonder and kept us entertained while we waited to go inside. The lunch was about what you would expect... Left to our on devices we would have had a CroqueMonsieur at a sidewalk cafe. But it was fine and a nice break before the rest of the tour.
Save your earplugs from the Versailles tour to use on the bus tour of the city. These will work better! Make sure to sit upstairs if you are on a double decker bus to see more. After this we went to the Eiffel Tower. My husband and I chose not to go up, and instead went straight on to the boat tour of the Seine. It was a great finish seeing the city by water. Take along cab fare to get back to your hotel for a really great day!
Well organised. Very efficient. Nice comfortable coach ride to Versailles. Good, informative guide. Drive around Paris covered all the sights. Good way to see all the famous landmarks of Paris. Very efficient getting everyone up the Eiffel Tower and finally Seine Cruise. All good. Complaints about lunch are unfounded. It's a refuelling stop not haute cuisine. Quick in and out and filling. No probs. I would recommend this tour.
The trip to the Versailles Palace was wonderful the gardens were amazing, our guide was very informative and a very nice person kept our group together at all times .
We had an absolutely wonderful time on this trip. The guides were very informative and congenial.
The city tour was grande, we saw all of the wonders of Paris and although the workers at the Eiffel Tower were on strike, Montparnasse was fun. We enjoyed the River Cruise and being dropped at the Eiffel Tower at the end of the trip was a bonus.
I would skip the lunch. Not very good.
Versailles is amazing. Our tour guide gave us great, in depth information into it's history. Unfortunately we went in February when the gardens are at their minimal, would love to go in the warmer months. Still very worthwhile!
The Seine River cruise was basic, relaxing and a good way to end the day.
Our tour included the lunch...this was not good! We went to an Irish pub and had 'authentic' French food cooked by 'Indian' chefs. There are so many beautiful cafes/restaurants in Paris, avoid paying for the tour which includes the lunch. We hope the tour company changes it's choice of venue!
We loved this tour, the Palace was amazing. Our tour guide was very nice and knew what she was talking about,
great way to see everything without having to spend your whole vacation standing in line!
good trip , city tour is a good overall but you cant see much , river cruise was fun
This is a great way to see as many highlights as possible if your time is limited. I highly recommend it.
Excellent!! The tour guide was very informative and helpful.
Skip the lunch - it was the least appreciated part of this mega tour. Try to provide more time at Versailles for visiting the gardens. My tour had only a disappointing 15 mins. Palace, coach and river cruise tours were great, especially for multilingual commentary and tour guides. Eiffel Tower was disappointing - I liked the Montparnasse visit better: less crowded, and even gave insights to Eiffel construction and history that were not available at Eiffel. Good value for money if you have just one day in Paris, but get your own lunch.
Tour was ok. Long wait at Versailles but it was not Viators fault. Food at lunch was prity bad.
Versailles was packed with tourist. Very crowded. I highly suggest pick an weekday to visit.
this was a good tour and the guide was knowledgeable but was not long enough to completely explore the gardens. really liked the river cruse.
Myself and travel companion had only one day to see the highlights of Paris. The Versailles, Paris City Tour was an excellent way to accomplish our objective. The tour was very well organized with transport on comfortable motor coaches and the guides did excellent presentations on the Palace of Versailles and the City of Paris. Returned to Paris for a nice lunch break after Versailles, and then we embarked on the city tour which finishes with the Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise - well worth it. Overall, very enjoyable and a great way to see Paris in a day.
Great tour and worth every euro for the ability to skip the lines at Versailles. The lunch we should've skipped because was not very good.
