Versailles is amazing. Our tour guide gave us great, in depth information into it's history. Unfortunately we went in February when the gardens are at their minimal, would love to go in the warmer months. Still very worthwhile!
The Seine River cruise was basic, relaxing and a good way to end the day.
Our tour included the lunch...this was not good! We went to an Irish pub and had 'authentic' French food cooked by 'Indian' chefs. There are so many beautiful cafes/restaurants in Paris, avoid paying for the tour which includes the lunch. We hope the tour company changes it's choice of venue!

THE TRIP TO VERSAILLES WAS GOOD BUT THERE WAS A MIX UP OVER OUR GROUP TICKETS AND WE WASTED APPROXIMATELY HALF AN HOUR WAITING TO GET INTO THE PALACE. I BECAME ILL ON THE WAY BACK TO PARIS AND COULDN'T COMPLETE THE REST OF THE TOUR - WE UNFORTUNATELY HAD TO FORFEIT OUR TICKETS TO THE EIFFEL TOWER NECESSITATING US PAYING FOR ANOTHER TIME SLOT BUT WE DID GET THE PASSES FOR THE RIVER CRUISE WHICH WE USED ANOTHER DAY - FELT WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO DO THE PARIS CITY TOUR THE FOLLOWING DAY BUT THEY WOLDN'T CONSIDER IT

This tour covered all the places in Paris I wanted to see. The tour guides were helpful and informative. The only down side was lunch. When I am in Paris I do not expect to be taken to an Irish Pub and served Roast chicken and sloppy mashed potato.

Well-organized and travel guides were ver knowledgeable. Unfortunately for us, the afternoon session was wet / raining making some of sights not as pleasant. We were pleased we could take the Seine River Cruise on another day which we did, and took the night cruise which was spectacular. Will recommend to others.

Overall a great tour for the money. We did not have enough time to sufficiently tour the gardens at Versailles and at one point I lost the tour guide in Versailles and had to finish on my own but not a big deal. The river cruise that is included can be taken at anytime within a year after purchase. I came back the next day and took it at night. I highly recommend doing it that way.

Apart from the small inconvenient of having to wait a little to go up the Tour of Montparnase, the rest of the tour was very nice. We are glad we took it.

Very nice trip, very organized and done in a nice way. Just one note about Viator, they are really not in sync with the local operator, we were in communication with Viator for a month in regards to the Eiffel tower visit, which we were told is cancelled, it was not we were brought to a reservation line and got in and to the top in about 5-7 minutes. The local operator was not aware of any cancellations or changes to the tour. Also note the cruise can be taken at anytime or any day a year from the tour date, so if you feel its too much you can take it another day. Also do not plan to go to the gardens this day as you have to pay extra and there is really no time around 35-45 minutes left after the guided tour.

Overall a decent tour, Versailles was packed with peoples but we got in and out quickly. Our guides were well informed, answered questions, kept the group moving and were overall super helpful. Bus tour just highlights the places we were looking for. Eiffel Tower and Seine river cruise we were at our own pace. One star off because - Hello! Why we were in Paris but sitting in an Irish restaurant and eating Irish lunch and pay extremely pricy drink?
