The tour was great, be sure to take the full day tour and see Marie Antoinette's Hamlet. It was the highlight of the tour.

The Versailles trip was well worth the cost. Despite rainy weather all afternoon, the tour went smoothly. I have taken three tours with this company and all have been worth the price.

This tour was the best tour that we went on throughout our entire trip. The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the place and very friendly. The whole day was well planned and it didn't feel rushed like some others have felt. I would definitely recommend to all my friends.

I can only say the trip was phenomenal, and it is a must-see. The tour director was great, knowledgeable and personable. Worth every penny.

This was well conducted and the guide was lively and very knowledgeable. The group size was a little too large though so that it was some times quite difficult to hear what was being said. We also just didn't like Versailles but it's certainly worth seeing yourself.

This all day tour was definitely a good one. The individual audio equipment made it easy to hear the tour guide. Be prepared for crowds in the palace! The garden tour part was spectacular. Lunch was excellent, and the wine was a nice extra touch. I would recommend adding bathroom breaks. I didn't have as much time to observe the fountain show because I was in line for the bathroom at the palace for such a long time. I also would have liked time for shopping at the gift shops. Part of the experience is taking something back with you. The tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining!

We took the whole day tour without the lunch option. We therefore had time to kill at lunch, and there were other things to see that weren't included in the tour. If we had known that, we could have seen them in the spare time, so while the tour was great, be warned that even the whole day tour does not cover the entire palace.

Great trip. Unfortunately you are rushed through and very crowded, something the tour can't help. If you sign up for the seven hour tour get ready to walk a lot!! Very nice lunch, great desert!!

Very poorly organised initially as we kept being redirected from one coach to another at the meeting point. Thereafter it was very good with an excellent tour of the royal apartments, time for a stroll on our own and a walk to the other apartments in the gardens. Be aware that the walk is very long and hot. Pity the fountains were not working!

It was a great trip but a full day of walking. We didn't pick the lunch package and it worked out fine as there were other options. It would be really nice to see the fountain show which I think was really under promoted. It was great to have a guide on hand I wouldn't have wanted it any other way.

Our guide was excellent. Sign up for the full day, the afternoon "walking tour" is a highlight and a must see of the gardens and other areas. We enjoyed the fountain show also.

You are better off taking your own tour or booking through another company. This tour was rushed, disorganized, and overpriced.

The actual tour of the rooms in the Palace of Versailles was only 45 minutes and it was just too fast. After 45 minutes, the rest of the day is spent walking through the gardens and Marie Antoinette's home is shown at the very end of the tour for about an hour. We were in no mood to walk for three hours through the gardens and so we ditched the tour and did everything ourselves. The fountain show is much more spectacular after dark with the fountain lights on but the tour ends by 4pm. This tour just wasn't for us and even though we lost the money spent, I'm glad we didn't stick around.
