This is a great tour! The palace is an amazing sight! Our guide was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend that you go in spring when the gardens are in bloom and you can see the fountain show though.

We enjoyed this tour, but would have preferred to have longer. I would suggest the full day.

The tour guide was terrific. However, there was no fountain show as advertised. Also, it was quite crowded and we were hurried through the museum very quickly with guided tours in front of us and behind us. The palace itself was beautiful and amazing. A must see if you visit Paris. The tour was organized, it left on time and we returned on time. Again, the guide was really great.

The Versailles guided tour was excellent apart from confusion about the coach departure point.

Timely, short and pleasant bus ride out there and terrific guide at the palace. Could have maybe used another half an hour, but all in all, great tour!

We had a wonderful guide - knowledgeable and friendly. She even extended the tour to accommodate the group as the weather would not allow a pleasant stroll in the garden.

This was a disappointing experience. We took 45 minutes getting there, which we knew would happen. But as we traveled, the bus filled with smoke from the engine and we could hardly breathe. The headphones, to orient you, were not working. The guide's mother tongue was Spanish, not English, and she really struggled to inform us of Versailles. Once we got off the smoke-filled bus, we waited for an additional 30 minutes till our guide officially started. Got a new guide who was fluent in English. That tour lasted an hour. Then, they did change out the bus and we left, feeling we'd had completely been taken advantage of. Versailles was beautiful, but this tour was not.

It was so crowed with wall-to-wall people, you couldn't even take a picture without being bumped and nudged. There was not enough time to look at the gardens. The tour guide was very nice.

Our tour guide was very informative and pleasant. The weather, unfortunately, did not permit the garden viewing. Unless it's peak season, I think going to Versailles on your own would be just as good.

The bus broke down. Our tour guide told us that we did not pay for the tour even though we did, so by the time we talked to other people in line and they told us we did pay for the tour at Versailles, and ended up in an hour-long line that we weren't supposed to wait in. We had missed everything except the last two rooms. Pay attention to what you book.

There was no water flowing at all. The statues in the gardens were covered. The tour was well organised; it would have been better with an extra hour of free time to enjoy the grounds.

I recommend that the tour operator consider making a few changes. First, when people are waiting for the tour bus at the start and at the end, the tour guide should hold up a sign indicating which group should stand in what line. That was very confusing, and everyone kept asking. Next, the write-up stated that the tour included a garden tour, but there was only about 20 minutes to do the garden piece, not nearly enough! Also, it should be suggested that if people need to use the restroom, they should do so before leaving at the beginning, because the restroom line at Versailles was 25 minutes long; I missed the entire garden tour.

Live guide commentary could not be heard clearly over the ear-piece at times. Time at Versailles was too short.

Our guide didn't know English very well, but the headsets connecting us to her was critical to handling the crowds. It was a very hurried tour, more time is needed here.
