Great guide, good driver. They met us at the pier, just as we had asked for. Very good tour.

This was a good tour, and we got to see the things we most wanted to see, Lake Llanquihue, Orsono Volcano and Petrohue Falls. The guide spoke very good English and was very knowledgeable. However, there were a few things that could have been improved. The person I talked to in Chile told me to go to the Hotel Club Presidente, which he said was only three blocks from the pier, because it was difficult to pick up passengers at the pier. It turned out that the hotel was about 1 and a half miles from the pier. We could have taken a taxi if we had know it was that far. The guide said that they could have easily picked us up at the pier.
The trip was cut short because the driver and guide had to meet another group at the airport for a tour. We were dropped of at the pier at 200 PM instead of 430 PM. We didn't get to see Lake Esmeralda since we didn't have time. It was a good tour, but it could have been better.
