The trip was well worth it. The experience was great and Mr Philip the driver made every effort possible to make us feel very comfortable. Thumbs Up.

Great. For the price you pay you can't really expect too much but the tour guides were awesome and made it really worthwhile

It is a bit scary to be on the quiet street. Like the revolving restaurant, it would be good to have dinner there too.

The trip to the food court-hawkers market was great. The trishaw ride is around the colonial part of town which is pretty. It is a little short and seems to be over as soon as it starts. The free drink is in the revolving restaurant which is a bit kitsch and in need of a renovation. It is worth doing to give you a perspective of where things are in Georgetown.

Not much of a ride, less than 10minutes. View from revolving restaurant at Bay view Hotel was great and the Hawker center for dinner offers variety of local foods at reasonable prices

This was ok but nothing that you couldn't do yourself without the cost involved, apart from going up to the revolving restaurant. I think for the money, the dinner should be included and perhaps have a choice of traditional favourites. The rickshaw ride was very short.

Our trip suffered because of an unexpected substitution of stand-in tour guide. He was rubbish, and claimed we had to pay for our meal at the 'Food Court', plus didn't speak much English. For ourselves it was a disaster, but other guests at hotel on different night had great time, with proper guide, proper hawker centre food and enjoyable trishaw ride, all as should have been.

Food court was excellent. Trishaw was very cramped. The driver was really struggling, had a flat tire and narrowly missed being crushed by a reversing 4x4.

Our guide was very nice and friendly. Nice to sample local cuisine. Enjoyed the rickshaw ride but it could have been in a better area than the Red Light District of Georgetown. We and the other five people on this trip felt it was poor value for money.

'This was the only tour we were not happy with Once around the block in the Trishaw (maybe 10 to 12 minutes) and 1 cooldrink each we did think we were getting tea when we booked months ago The drink was not on the voucher but when we arrived home a new voucher had been sent to our email with the drink on that and we weren't even taken to the hotel that was on the new voucher Would say to anyone to just do the Trishaw on your own and not the tour We did hear it's very cheap per hour

My driver had a problem with his car and was 30 minutes late which was no problem because they did ring and advise me so I asked could I shorten the tour otherwise it would have finished at 11pm. I was picked up at 7.45pm by my driver and we did a drive around Georgetown and went for a meal but my major disappointment was the Rickshaw ride itself. The ride was no longer than 10 minutes, I went down one street which was empty except for prostitutes and then up another street which was also empty back to my hotel. I was so stunned I asked my driver "Is that it?". We didn't go anywhere near any of the nightlife or markets and it was totally disappointing. I know I asked to shorten it and I didn't bother about the free drink at the revolving bar but I was back at my hotel by 9pm so had 1hour 15minutes of a 3 hour tour.
