We were met at the Airport and transferred to our Hotel by our driver, Phillip.
Phillip was very welcoming, warm and friendly and during our journey he provided us with great local information such as places to eat; things to see and do; where to find local services etc. He even went as far as offering his personal contact number should we run into any trouble during our 4 day stay! The service he provided was excellent; he is a wonderful tourism ambassador and truly an asset for your company.

Exceptional service as our plane was already going to be late due to technical fault. Then we had to turn back from Penang Airport due to extremely bad weather and head back to KL. As we were in the plane for all this time, I couldn't contact anyone so was concerned about what was going to happen. We came back to Penang on a morning flight after spending hours at KL airport. A driver was there to meet us having checked the change of flights and told me the driver that night had stayed at the airport til 4am in case we did arrive. Exceptional service!
Was picked up by a friendly 'Moi' who is a local of Penang. Moi was very chatty and friendly and his English was excellent. I ended up not sharing the airport to hotel transfer and having it as a private transfer ! I would use this service again without a doubt.
The driver was waiting for us at the airport he was very courteous and very informative. He was also the guide on our tour "George Town by Night". Again, he was very knowledgeable and made the experience very worthwhile.

The transfer driver was a very bright and happy man! He was waiting for us with our name displayed on a card. He drove us to the hotel and asked us if we needed any other transfers or if we needed the van for any other tours. I'm very happy with Viator's service!
After our arrival with Cathay Pacific Airlines in the early evening, the local representative from Tour & Incentive Travel was a friendly and refreshing change, especially after an inefficient & time consuming customs and immigration procedure at the airport. The local representative was friendly, courteous and efficient. He took great delight in educating us about the finer points and customs on the island of Penang. The welcome letter we received was a nice touch!
