We really enjoyed Frd, out tour guide. His knowledge and lively presentation made it interesting and fun for us all! He obviously had great information and stories to share, and boy he was good at driving the trolley. Great esperience!

This was an outstanding trip. I saw things I didn't even know existed. Guide was excellent.

A tour like this depends largely on the personality of the guide. He made the experience a lot of fun and gave us a good and varied view of Pittsburgh.

The tour was a bit short, but I got to see most of the city.

Was a informative tour, the day I had my tour there weren't any others on board, so I had a personalised tour by the guide who was good.

A few disappointments. According to my voucher, I could call the day before and ask for a pick-up at my hotel. I called, but the young lady who answered was not at all helpful. She disavowed any knowledge of Viator, said they had nothing to do with them. Imagine my surprise the next morning when we got to the Hilton to see that we were the only people on the tour. The guide would have been happy to pick us up at the Priory - he did drop us off there. He was a nice guy but not well versed in Pittsburgh history. He had his spiel, but could not answer questions. Sometimes he did answer, and I was convinced the answer was wrong. We spent too much of our time driving around to the various stops and sometimes waiting there. We repeated this again after lunch. At mid-morning we asked for bathroom facilities. He said we would do that later, that he empathized with our need. We did not get facilities until we found them ourselves at lunch. We actually asked to quit the tour mid-afternoon. We were doing lots of yawning by then. The website indicated one all-day trip. Actually you could have done a half-day, but we did not realize that. The website should be corrected to indicate that. No, I would not do this again. I learned a little about Pittsburgh, but not what I wanted to.

The old driver had nothing good to say about Pittsburgh. I'm a native so I know what a great city it is.
