Loved the afternoon tea stop in the middle of no where with the lovey ladies and home made cookie.
A long, fun day touring around western Australia. I thought there would be a bit more walking/exploring, but it's definitely more of a bus tour than a walking tour. Our guide was great, and despite being there by myself, I never felt awkward. A great way to see parts of Australia that you wouldn't if you stick close to the cities.
More time at Caversham, and cut out the lobster factory. Sandboarding and 4wd was fantastic!!
This was great fun. The driver was interesting and informative. The Pinnacles are amazing, the animals part is so-so, but the sand boarding was fun and I really enjoyed the scenery on this tour. The food was good and there was plenty of it. Might be nice to give people a taste of the lobster on the lunch stop as to buy 1/2 a lobster is too much food
Great tour, would totally recommend it. It does get VERY hot in the Pinnacles Desert in the summer so bring water! Bit on the pricey side but for the distance you travel and the length of the tour it's not so expensive to deter from the whole experience!
Itinerary was fun, and the guide was great; lobster lunch was expected to be much better.
Too long a trip with only a few good things to see ... Promised lobster factory was not open, so put time in on beach and stopping by a wind farm ... Not really what I wanted. Driver was good though.
I was looking forward to the Pinnacles part of the tour and by the time this part of the tour finally arrived I was a bit disappointed with the almost flipant manner in which this phenomenon was dealt with - perhaps the heat didn't help? The 4wd'ing was a bit farcical once we discovered that we were basically going in circles over the same tracks and the sandboarding might have been exhilirating for a 2 year old (maybe)? The drivers also seemed to be more concerned with the time and schedule rather than ensuring every one had a good time.
Overall the tour was enjoyable and given the distances it was good that a number of stops were included.
A direct Pinnacles only tour might also be worth including - if this doesn't already exist.
