Our guide was very knowledgeable and conducted a great tour for my family.
We had a wonderful walking tour. Our guide was Noah and he was so knowledgeable. Thank you.
Not being an American this was really useful . the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Only criticism was that it went very quickly but insuppose you could go back and look again at things more leisurely later.
The weather was great for our tour through the old streets of Philadelphia. Our tour guide, Melissa, was very knowledgeable and entertaining. After the tour and lunch, we went back to some of the places to get a closer look.
Tour guide was knowledgeable and answered all questions with courtesy. He also gave us a few places to go to for lunch nearby.
The tour was fantastic. Our guide, Sam, was very knowledgeable of the historic sites and spoke loudly enough and kept the group all together. I'd highly recommend this tour for getting a great overview of the historic sites in Philadelphia's city center historic district. We were left with a great appreciation of the importance of Philadelphia in our quest for independence.
Our tour guide Melissa was VERY entertaining and informative. Kept the kids on their toes hard to do w/a group of 5 teens. My only regret was not booking other tours while we were in Philly!
It was a very pleasant and informative tour as the tour guide took his time to answer any questions and never seemed to rush us along. He was thorough in his descriptions and information.
My guide was not only knowledgeable but well-spoken and personable. This was my first walking tour in a very long time and I am so glad I took the time to do this, and do it through Viator. It was a great value and I'll be back when another opportunity presents itself.
Very knowledgable guide who was history prof at local university. Learned lots and a good overview
Our tour guard (Tim) was great. He was very knowledgable about the city and knew interesting facts about each sight. He was able to answer all of our questionsFYI...the tour does not go inside Independence Hall (you need separate tickets for that. They are free and obtained at the visitor center)
My husband and I took this tour. We were impressed with the professional guide. He was very knowledgeable and had great voice that could be easily understood. 10 in our group that was easy to get around. I was afraid it would be a large group and couldn't hear. 1 -1/2 hr. was perfect.
Awesome tour! Our guide Jason was extremely knowledgeable and answered any and all questions from our group. You can tell he is very passionate about History and the city of Philadelphia. We learned a lot, saw a lot, even got a tip on where to get lunch and recommendation to check out the Barnes Foundation.
Our guide was very personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job of explaining the sights along the way at a pace that kept us moving and yet allowed for time to take photos and explore what we were seeing. I especially liked his use of quotes from relevant Founding Fathers. We all enjoyed the tour very much.
Our tour guide was so extremely knowledgable and just a joy to be around. I would recommend this to anyone that is planning to see the sights in Philly.
I highly recommend this tour, our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We only had the morning in Philadelphia and wanted to see as much as possible of this beautiful historical city.
We arrived in good time for our tour and our guide was waiting, we waited for other people who never turned up. We headed off the two of us and our brilliant guide, great fun and laughs were had.
Try it, it's great.
