The driver gave me a bit of a "tour" by showing me things along the way to my hotel. He gave suggestions and was very friendly. That's the kind of driver I enjoy.
very good the staff at the airport keep me up to date with van number and what time it would be arriving. The driver rang the hotel to inform he would be a few minutes late due traffic which was fantastic.
The service was prompt, the drivers courteous, and the experience was stress-free.

Very good service. I had made a mistake with my booking, but this did not matter, they just let us change the dates of our pick up and we were collected on time from hotel.
Driver was excellent--on time, very professional and courteous, no issues. Driver was not familiar with coupon for on-line booking though. Instructions not as clear on line for booking pickup etc and not being able to use e-couon--showing from black berry is very inconvenient for business traveller who may not have access to printer!
The driver seemed impatient and wasn't particularly pleasant. We expected much better service.
