It was a little confusing finding the guide since we came out of the international arrivals and he was at the domestic arrivals. Once I told one of the other companies who I was looking for, they took me straight to our guide. Just ask, stop looking.

Prompt response every time. Made our trip easier by not having to worry about organising tours, transfers etc. Helpful and reliable staff. Will be booking tours and transfers through Viator every time we travel.

The transfer was efficiently done and a welcome escape from the touts at the airport. Documents supplied were misleading, however, as they told us we would need 700baht each at departure, whereas this had already been paid with our ticket.
