The guides were great and the time allocated to each activity was perfect. This was one of our favourite tours.

This was a great tour and I recommend it to everyone who is visiting Phuket. Very nice experience especially if you are traveling with kids. It is a must do tour.

Well worth the money, just the right length of time. A must do for anyone going to Phuket.

A must visit when in Phuket. This conservation group maintains the survival of the elephants. Extremely informative and educational! See baby elephants do little tricks, take a half hour elephant ride through the jungle, see a monkey collect coconuts and see how curries are made. Absolutely recommend this tour!

The safari was absolutely fantastic. My wife and I truly enjoyed it. One drawback was the pick up from port was 1 hour late. I had wanted to include another couple with us but due to the lateness of pickup they missed out on two more tickets. Punctuality is of high importance to me, even on holidays. Let me add that I do not consider this Viator's fault.

If you want a compact, convenient taste of Thai life this is a very good trip. Everything was very close together and in a way it felt a little too 'convenient' but everything was very tastefully done, not in least bit tacky. The girls 8 and 10 loved it. All very interesting.

We had a wonderful time! Our tour guide spoke English very well and actually told wonderful jokes. Be sure to bring small change for lots of tips and drinks which were not included with lunch.

Enjoyed this immensely. Our guide was very well informed and friendly. Could do without the stop at the gem shop.

The view from the back of an elephant in the mountains overlooking the bay below is worth the trip alone.

All in all a good experience. Quite good English speaking guide who took pains to answer your questions. It includes all that is said on the website. The true highlight is a 25 minute elephant ride which takes one through a jungle of sorts and pausing for a very short while to enjoy the spectacular view of the Chalong Bay. Would recommend this to people who are not familiar with elephants, rubber latex and coconuts. One of the impressive things was that we had requested for vegetarian food and guess what, we got it!

My family of three decided to book this trip prior to leaving for Phuket. Riding an elephant in Thailand is must for most tourists, but we thought the cost for the three of us was a little steep. You will also drop more money on feeding the elephants fruit if you bring your kids, and more for the signature photo at the end. The atmosphere did feel like an outdoor instruction platform at an army training site, and they guides herded you through each education site like a bunch of cattle. You definitely don't show up and start riding elephants for a half a day. Your ride will be 30 minutes max. We wished we would have done a little more research and tried to find another place where the whole time you are riding an elephant, but I think we'd have to go up to Chiang Mai for that. I hope this helps.

The boat with a meal portion of the day was very nice. However, the rest of the day was too much waiting around and too much demonstration.

Nice, but it can be skipped.
