Easy to find on arrival quick and efficient

very competent driver, the young lady who met us was polite & keen to advise of local places of interest. we will certainly use your service in the future - thank you.
Everything went smoothly - driver waiting with a sign at airport, with a nice size and clean van. Service was friendly and courteous. Price was a 30 to 40 percent higher than what you would pay locally.
Our private transfer was efficient and friendly and very informative. On the way to our hotel, the heavens opened up and we travelled in a torrential downpour ! Thankfully we were dry but it was amazing for us to see the general public, soldiering on, on their motor scooters, with one and sometimes two passengers with their rain ponchos on. We arrived safely however and organised our tours and return trip to the airport through the same tour company, Tour East. All our tours were great and turned up on time, except for our transfer to the airport ! Our pick up time came and went and luckily someone from Tour East arrived at our hotel to meet some other travellers, she contacted her office and organised another car. when we arrived at the airport, we met another employee of Tour East and she helped us with our check in ( huge relief). All's well that ends well.

Service was OK, but I found it hard to find rep outside airport due to many reps outside holding cards up.

The trip from the airport to the hotel was good. The driver did a good job, and the other person with him provided us with information about Phuket.
