The tour was great and the driver was extremely informative. Only negative-- He drove too fast.
The guide clearly knew the city well and had done his homework! It was entertaining and educational. Cathedral of Learning was the best part! - take the time to go back after the tour and see all of the Nationality Rooms (he only had time to show us a few of them). Only complaint is not enough bathroom breaks, so plan accordingly :)
We had a great time on this tour. We were on a small bus with a guide and bus driver who got along well and were very knowledgeable. I had made a list of the things I wanted to see in Pittsburgh and we got to all of them and more. I highly recommend this tour.
A great tour showing us all of Pittsburgh' The guides gave us some choices of what we wanted to see on the afternoon part of the tour and since there weren't that many people, we got what we wanted. Highly recommended
We really enjoyed Frd, out tour guide. His knowledge and lively presentation made it interesting and fun for us all! He obviously had great information and stories to share, and boy he was good at driving the trolley. Great esperience!
This was an outstanding trip. I saw things I didn't even know existed. Guide was excellent.
Bus driver was very knowledgeable about the area and places we saw. He was very friendly, would absolutely recommend doing this. Ive lived here 11 years and visited places and heard stories that I hadn't before.
The trip was very interesting and educational. Our tour guide went above and beyond to answer all the questions asked. Het was extremely knowledgeable,
A tour like this depends largely on the personality of the guide. He made the experience a lot of fun and gave us a good and varied view of Pittsburgh.
Was a informative tour, the day I had my tour there weren't any others on board, so I had a personalised tour by the guide who was good.
A few disappointments. According to my voucher, I could call the day before and ask for a pick-up at my hotel. I called, but the young lady who answered was not at all helpful. She disavowed any knowledge of Viator, said they had nothing to do with them. Imagine my surprise the next morning when we got to the Hilton to see that we were the only people on the tour. The guide would have been happy to pick us up at the Priory - he did drop us off there. He was a nice guy but not well versed in Pittsburgh history. He had his spiel, but could not answer questions. Sometimes he did answer, and I was convinced the answer was wrong. We spent too much of our time driving around to the various stops and sometimes waiting there. We repeated this again after lunch. At mid-morning we asked for bathroom facilities. He said we would do that later, that he empathized with our need. We did not get facilities until we found them ourselves at lunch. We actually asked to quit the tour mid-afternoon. We were doing lots of yawning by then. The website indicated one all-day trip. Actually you could have done a half-day, but we did not realize that. The website should be corrected to indicate that. No, I would not do this again. I learned a little about Pittsburgh, but not what I wanted to.

The old driver had nothing good to say about Pittsburgh. I'm a native so I know what a great city it is.
