The tour was organized very well. Something that every human being should see.
The tour was great and the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. The video on the bus sets the scene on the way there. We read reviews on this site and took our own sandwiches which was great advice. I found Auschwitz very moving so be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster.
Our guide did a fine job transitioning from our hotel to the tour site. And inside, our guide provided an outstanding representation of what we were experiencing. He brought home the emotion of the experience and the importance of how the events can never be forgotten from generation to generation. Excellent job Viator, thanks so much.

i went with a group of 4 and all of us were so impressed with his manner throughout the visit.
The microphone and individual headset system added to the exerience as we could all hear clealy what was said without having to rush to be near him.

This was the most awsome tour I have ever taken. The on site guide was terrific, he did an outstanding job of explining what really happened there.. It is a tour everyone in the world should take.
Great day out, coach picked us up from our hotel and was on time. Very informative guides. The sheer size of it has to be seen to be believed. Luckily we chose the morning tour because as we were finishing, the heavens opened and it poured.

It was a fantastic and humbling experience that every person should do. The guide was very good. I would have liked a little more time at Birkenau to visit the shop and take a photo of the gates from the front. Otherwise well done.
Our bus picked us up on time from our hotel and we proceeded to the camp. Our guide was very informative and very knowledgeable of the subject. We were dropped back to central Krakow after the tour. This tour is highly recommended.
Tour bus picks you up right on time, English speaking guide at the camps was very knowledgeable and explained all very well. Tour does not drag on they move you through quickly no sitting around. Highly recommend.
This rating is for the trip itself which was excellent in every respect, well organised, well paced, good itinerary, excellent on site english speaking guide.I would recommended it as not to be missed. However, I must point out that it proved impossible to confirm in advance the exact pick-up time and location. I am not too sure if the local contact Intecrac actually exists. My tip is to play safe and make your own way to the Sheraton Hotel for 0900.
What a moving day, the guides are so knowledgeable at the camp and a don't miss tour. Unfortunate we have to have this type of tour but the Viator team and Auschwitz-Birkenau guide tells the event with dignity and respect.
Could not have asked for a better-run trip.
An excellant trip all went to plan including the hotel pick up. A visit to Auschwitz is a must however it can be distressing, sad and very moving at timesat times. To understand the scale of both camps and what was done there has to be seen to believe it.
