This was such a marvellous experience. I didn't expect to have so much included in the day trip. Aboriginee Dancing, cable car ride through the rain forest and wonderful scenic railway trip back down from village of Kuranda. Coped with everything in spite of being disabled. Good value trip!

A good day with lots of things to see and do. Efficient pickup and drop-off. Friendly helpful driver and guide. Very well organised. The train and Skyrail were stunning journeys. Tjapukai was well structured, with plenty of things to do and see. Perhaps a little too long in Kuranda. It's a fairly interesting place, but you can 'do' it in 1.5 hours. I would recommend doing this tour; it was run by a very reputable company, and I felt that it was a quality event.

The train and rail ride is a great way to take in the beautiful scenes, the stop at Kuranda Village had plenty of shops. The Tjapukai Aboriginal Park is a must, great way to learn about the indigenous people of Australia. You also get to learn and actually throw the spear and boomerang.

Brilliant, and great views. Best to do the one with the train ride first. I paid extra to have GOLD CLASS. Viator doesn't offer this, but I asked when I arrived as I saw it advertised. It may be worth ringing ahead in case it is full. The extras were complimentary drinks--champagne, wine, beer, soft drinks--snacks, and a souvenir pen. Main thing: You had an armchair to sit in, a guaranteed window seat, and room to move from side to side to get the best views.

This was a wonderful "no pressure" trip. We were picked up at our hotel and returned at the end of the day. We did everything on our own time. We also got a chance to talk with Aboriginal people at the Cultural Center, which was enlightening.

This was a brilliant day out with lots of different things to do. The scenery was beautiful. My only negative comment is that we were rushed back to the cable car when infact there was enough time to browse around the village for a little longer and still make our transfer back to the hotel. Other than that I totally recommend it!

The scenery was breathtaking from both the train and the cable car. We were given only 40 minutes to be in Kuranda before the bus left for the rainforest. We would have loved time for the butterfuly sanctuary. Very sorry we missed that. The rainforest station is very nice but a bit touristy.

Rainy day so not able to do much at each train stop. Arrangements were good. Lunch was great and the Aboriginal Cultral Centre was very enjoyable.

This makes a great family trip! Highly recommend the skyway over the rainforest, it's simply amazing!

Unfortunately, it was a cloudy, rainy day and many of the best views were obscured. There was plenty of time in Kuranda, but not quite enough time at the Skyrail stops to walk into the rainforest. The Tjapukai segment was outstanding except for the explanation about the bush foods and medicinal plants which was rushed and not very understandable. Learning to throw the boomerang was a highlight.

The train ride was very scenic and Skyrail had great views out to the ocean. It's so quiet floating above the rainforest canopy. The highlight though was Tjapukai, it was interesting hearing the stories and about the culture of the Aboriginal people of the area.
